I had high hopes for my experience with this physical therapist office, especially since it was conveniently located closer to my home. Unfortunately, my interaction with them left much to be desired.

Initially, I had scheduled an appointment here because I was in need of physical therapy and was eager to start my rehabilitation close to home. The only issue I encountered was the lengthy wait time for an available appointment. To ensure I didn't miss out on any opportunities for quicker treatment, I made an appointment elsewhere where they had free assessments while keeping this one as a backup.

However, my encounter with this office's staff left me deeply disappointed. I had just received the appointment information in the mail for this location and had it sitting next to me when I received an unexpected phone call from them. The individual who called me had an incredibly condescending and nasty attitude right from the start. They questioned me as if I were deliberately withholding information and had an accusatory tone.

I politely clarified that I had only received the appointment details in the mail recently and had, in fact, found another location to start my therapy within the past few days. Instead of understanding my situation, the staff member continued to be rude and dismissive. It was as if my decision to seek treatment elsewhere had offended them.

In the end, I simply requested that they cancel my appointment, thanked them for their time, and was met with further rudeness as the staff member abruptly ended the call by hanging up on me.

My experience with this physical therapist office's staff was disheartening, to say the least. While I never had the chance to experience their actual services, the unprofessional and condescending behavior displayed during a simple scheduling call was enough to make me reconsider seeking treatment from them in the future. Customer service is a crucial aspect of any healthcare facility, and this particular encounter fell far short of the expected standards.
