I have had a great experience with NSM. This was my first time working with them to order a new replacement wheelchair. The process went extremely smooth. The initial call was very professional and informative. I worked with Steven who provided my in person evaluation. He was great with getting all the necessary measurements and finding the best type of chair that would work best in my situation. My chair was delivered to my residence about 6 weeks later. Davy was the local technician who was awesome to get the chair setup for my needs. He helped making minor adjustments that saved me from having to it figure out later on by myself. Everyone I worked with was always kind and helpful. They kept me updated with each step of the process. Would definitely recommend if you are needing a custom wheelchair.

Avoid this place at all costs!! If I could give negative stars I would. My disabled aunt has been without a fully functioning chair for MANY MONTHS. The part they ordered to fix her chair was on back order and took over TWO MONTHS to arrive and was THE WRONG PART!!! So now she has already been waiting over a month for the new part to come in. They gave her a worthless loaner that broke and would not fit through her doorways. She is obese and has one leg due to diabetes complications and had to try to sit on her walker but ended up falling. The fire department had to come assist her getting into bed. She called this place on Friday but they left at noon and said there was nothing they could do until Monday and they only have TWO loaners! So she has no way to move around. This place is a joke and cares NOTHING about their customers. Avoid like the plague! Heed my advice and find another place!

Absolute horrible customer service and help. I have been trying since 2020 ( it is now June of 2021) to get much need tires and front caster wheels for my wheelchair, with no parts or help yet. My tires are strings with no rubber left and I have to fill the casters with oil to get them to turn and I can not get my parts or help from this company. My shoulders are developing tendenitis from fighting my chair to roll. I have begged for help from them with no response. Do not use this company. It is the biggest joke I have ever seen in my 54 years. Run from these people, RUN.
