Sunday 12 noon, there was a line waiting to get into the Ashland Nature’s Pet location. So great to see local merchants thriving! Staff very helpful as I needed help finding a particular product. I also get my dog groomed at their Medford location, and my groomer is fantastic!

Wonderful store and excellent customer service. Our usual cat food has been very hard to find so went to Nature's pet Mkt to find another healthy grain free kibble. They had a great selection. Best of all our 2 boys love it!

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I brought my dog with me and they treated him well also. I went in there with a specific question with no intention to purchase anything. They were so helpful, I decided to look around and ended up purchasing multiple items I hadn't intended on. I will definitely return.

We bought some cbd tincture for our elderly cat who unfortunately rejected the smell/taste. The folks at Nature's Pet Market were friendly and polite and we were given a refund. I hate having to return anything, but they made the process as easy as they could. I would recommend their shop to anyone hoping to get proper support for their animal friends. Great help!
