Just got ripped off some $4000 by those amateurs, was derrated with two yellow light one stop engine light and Def blinking light on, called them to rest area for computer diagnose. The one came in brought a bad computer connector, no communication, then he went back home for a good connector, misdiagnosed as MCM problem ,requested us to bring in the truck to his shop. I over night shipped out a MCM from CA, the next day they put on the MCM and told me we could go now, after paying the labor which is $3896.38.
But as soon as driver passed Arizona which is 1500 miles something all three engine lights on again. I carefully checked my truck, and retested the old MCM they took off, found nothing wrong with MCM, and it was the Onebox problem i fixed them here in California. And what's more, they broke my MCM harness connector on the right the yellow clamp, and for the left connector two fastening screw are both missing.
If you don't wanna get screwed up for this kinda "service", some $4000 for replacing MCM, which is even a misdiagnose, DONT go there, for truckers, don't waste money over there, they would add lunch time on your bill or even more nonsense!!

I’m not taking my truck anywhere else. Short story is I’ve been taking my truck to Freightliner dealerships exclusively for all engine maintenance and repair and this shop uncovered that I’ve been getting robbed of miscellaneous parts payed for with my hard earned money. This shop is the truth. He got my engine running tip top. It’s smoother and quieter than the day I bought my Freightliner. He is not only a machanic, he is not only a specialist, he is one of the engineers who worked on the Detroit diesel platform during its development. You would be hard pressed to find anyone who knows these engines as well as new town truck service. Salute to Jamie and the guys for all their help and expertise. 🙏🙏🙏🫡

This is one of the best shops in the state. Great service, excellent work. They do an excellent job every time they work on my truck. This past Sunday I even had my EGR cooler go bad and they came in on Sunday because they knew I had a load to deliver and they got me back on the road in just a few hours. I just wish we had more great people around like this group of guy. Keep up the good work!

New Town Truck is the only place that would help us when our 18 wheeler caught on fire leaving us stranded on the interstate 48 miles away. Bravo to the hard working tow driver I'm sure he had better things to do at 2 Am ( sleep ). Thank you. Best choice ever.

Hands down the best Detroit engine specialists around. Always giving you a fair shake opposed to the big name shop's. I will not and I repeat will not let anyone else work on my truck but these folks no matter where I have a problem at. A million and one thanks to those guys over at NewTown truck service
