My little man was diagnosed with cancer this past year. I’ve been going to this vet hospital since it opened and they have been more than accommodating with his and my needs. Every question was answered with genuine care and after his surgery they made sure to make him comfortable and check in on him often. I haven’t had a vet hospital be this loving and accommodating to the needs of my little Boomer. I will always do business with them!

Just started going to NKC vet as I live in the Northland. I never have to wait when I have an appointment and I don't have to take off 3 hours from work for an appointment as a mostly last about 30 minutes. The staff is super friendly and super accommodating. I recently had to put my pet on meds and Helga the very sweet receptionist recommended pill pockets! So darn easy and no stress for my pet! I also recently had to put a older pet down who was injured and they were very helpful!

Took my cat in twice because I could tell something was wrong. I was told she was fine the first time and the second time I payed for blood work that came back fine they said but she died a week later. I wish they spent more time with patients and took my pets health more seriously when I was concerned. The front desk staff was really nice though.

My dog was unexpectedly diagnosed with a chronic disease. He had to be hospitalized overnight and I cannot say enough about the staff here. So kind, and empathetic. I was obviously nervous leaving my dog, but they took such good care him. Everyone at the front desk is so kind. Dr. Koehn is great, and has answered all of my concerns and questions. Considering we have been here a lot in the last few weeks, they are affordable, and they present all pricing before proceeding with care. Cannot recommend this place, and Dr. Koehn enough!!

Just look at the photos. Would you be ok paying 145 dollars for this haircut? My mom is recovering from surgery so I had to take her dog to the groomers and I’m glad I did because look at this ‘work’ they did. Her dog was put under for this haircut because she’s old so if the dog was asleep how is the cut this bad? Unacceptable.

We love this place! We started using grooming services today and really appreciated the care and detail Marlaina put into the service with two anxious pups. They look amazing and we can tell the service was delivered with a very gentle touch. We found our new grooming and vet care home!
