Excellent Pet Services!
We've used No Worries for a very long time now and have had nothing but excellent service. They love our fur-babies just as much as we do, and are completely reliable and professional. I recommend them to everyone I can, and have been so very happy with their services.

Randy, Kristy and their team are INCREDIBLE. I can't give this review enough stars. We never pictured ourselves as people who would hire dog walkers, but we have two elderly golden retrievers who became pretty needy in the last year and could no longer go a full work day without being let out. We hired No Worries about six months ago to do a daily visit with our boys.

We found No Worries through several glowing reviews and personal recommendations from co-workers, and they have been the best thing to happen to our dogs. They are incredibly thoughtful and conscientious. Not only do they spend a full half hour talking to, petting and brushing, our dogs, they also bring in our mail, pull our trash can up from the curb on trash days, and rescue packages off of our front porch. In a pinch, they've picked up medication refills from our vet for us. They're very responsive and flexible, and on occasion have added additional visits to our normal schedule when work or personal demands have kept us away from home longer than expected.

Recently, while we were out of town and NOT using them because our dogs were boarded, they made special trip to our home to pick up a package that UPS delivered a day late so that it wouldn't sit outside until we returned from vacation.

No Worries Pet Care is the best in KC! We have quite a few indoor and outdoor cats and they took the best care of all them while we were out of town during the Christmas holiday. Also have a few cats that need medications and that was not a problem for them to administer. Very friendly and professional staff, who really love animals. We will use their services again in the future!

After a bad experience leaving our golden retriever Lily at a local kennel, my husband and I contacted No Worries. Kristy has been fabulous! She spent time getting to know Lily before we left, and kept us updated while we were on our vacation. We have now trusted Kristy and her team with Lily's care twice and we intend to continue doing so. I can tell they really care about the pets they care for and we have been able to rest easy and enjoy time away knowing that Lily is being well taken care of.

Since owner of this company moved from Liberty to somewhere in Arizona or New Mexico, standards have gone down hill. I hired them to take care of a dog and two cats. The pet sitter brought along her young son (which is against the rules) and it's evident she let her son run rampant through my house. He was probably about 4 years old as I met him once. I had closed doors to bedrooms to keep the cats out during work, but when I would get home, all the doors would be flung wide open. Worse yet, we have one pet that's not friendly, and the pet sitter's little boy got bit by that pet when he reached out towards it. The back door was left unlocked once, and other things would look out of place. Sometime the toilet would be used and not flushed (yuck!) I didn't get any sympathy from the owner of "No Worries" and have since stopped using them.

I initially had a lot of positive experiences with this company. After just a couple of times of needing to adjust scheduling and a cancellation I experienced a complete change of company attitude from indifferent to catty and drama filled responses. We gave this pet service company a year off out of frustration and recently booked a service which was needed to be cancelled. What we received in response is retortfull and in my opinion very unprofessional. The actual service rendered was perfectly fine in our past however the personal communication and professionalism is woeful.

Absolutely the best pet care in the North Kansas City area. We wouldn't trust our pets to anyone but No Worries Pet Care. Every time we go away and they take care of our animals we come home to happy content cats and dogs. They go above and beyond to make sure that not only you are content but your animals are as well.

I've been using NWP for about three years now and have had great experiences each time I need their services. Cristin seems to always be the one to come by to see my cat, and she sends me a personal note each time she stops by. I have a pretty "fearful" cat, but she's managed to win him over and goes out of her way to find him and spend some time with him. She also used to take care of my parents' elderly cat from time to time, and would get down on the floor to play with this tiny little old cat. It was the cutest thing and showed me how much she cares for animals.
I know my cat is in good hands while I'm gone.
