On the Ball is THE best doggie daycare and boarding in the KC region. When my dogs walk through the doors, each team member lights up and both Nancy and Paul start wagging their tails like crazy! I know my dogs are in the best care and are so loved when they are there, which makes leaving them behind so much easier. The owner, Meagan, is also great with communication and checks in regularly on my doggies 🙂 This place feels like an extension of our family for our sweet pups. Thank you for being the best, On The Ball!

We have had nothing but the best experience with On The Ball. The staff are friendly and thorough. The facility is very clean and smells great. We never are worried about taking our pup to be boarded or have his regular grooming appointments.

We bring Riley and Scout to On The Ball two or three times a week. They get very excited when they just hears the words “daycare”. Everybody there seems to genuinely love Scout and Riley and they can’t wait to get in the door. We have a standing reservation for two days a week for half days and it’s just perfect. we love checking in on them during the day on the pup cam too and see who they’re playing with and if they’re taking a nap. Mary has been the best when I’ve had to change my reservation or do a last minute add-on or cancellation. They’re very responsive to our needsThey are always happy and exhausted when they comes home! I highly recommend On The Ball!!

Meagan, Mary & the entire OTB squad are basically family to our dogs, Oxford & Charlie. You can't quantify the peace of mind provided when someone is taking care of your family and they do just that in addition to great grooming, day care & dog walker referrals. Wouldn't take them anywhere else!! OTB is best in town!

We began our relationship with On The Ball when we adopted our first dog, Kittichai (Brussles Griffon). Kitti was very nervous and anxious being in a new home and we wanted to find a place where she would be around other dogs and receive attentive human care. Kitti flourished at On The Ball. We now have a second Brussels Griffon, Delia. and she is just as happy at On The Ball. Our girls are at daycare regularly and we board them there when we travel. The staff are caring and knowledgeable. It is truly a home away from home for our girls!
