Dr Monica is hands down the best, most compassionate, caring, down to earth vet I have ever met. We first went to her because our puppy was limping and 3 other vets couldn’t figure out why. We walked through the door and she said, “he has elbow dysplasia. I can tell by the way he’s standing.” The scans and consults with orthopedic surgeons confirmed her diagnosis. After a catastrophic injury that nearly killed my older dog she went out of her way to provide stellar care including holidays and weekends due to the severity of the injury. You won’t find a better vet in the area. As an added bonus, my dogs just love her.

This is the only place I take my furry family. Dr. Otto is knowledgeable, compassionate, fair, and honest. If she doesn't know, she will find out. My 15 year old ball of love wouldn't be here today if not for her. He has been in remission for four years now. And even though his time is coming, I know that Dr. Otto will help him ease into his forever, as she has done for my previous furry family. He has had great years, he wouldn't have had otherwise. She truly cares about her patients. My hope for her is she continues to flourish and shine. Not only is she an amazing veterinarian, but an Amazing person as well. I do not know her outside of the clinic. I can say even for emergency calls, when emotions are high, she is very clear and compassionate at the same time. Her morals and standards shine. Her work is impeccable. I have clinics closer to me. I exclusively use this Clinic. Even when Dr. Otto is unavailable, The standard of care applies to all who work within those walls.

THANK YOU Monica for all you do & how much of your personal time you give up for the animals we love.
There isn't enough stars to rate Monica properly.
She has taken care of my animals for 20yrs.I won't go to anyone else.
We've recommended her to every animal people we know& they love her too.
She has shared my joy with my animals &has sat in my horse trailer& cried with me when the terrible choice had to be made to relieve one of my critters of it's issues.
She personally calls to check on animals & will take one home with her so she can watch it through the night.
There are not many vets out there that are this completely involved with the animals& their people.
We are so lucky to have her in our little community.

Brought my beloved cat in to get a check up. While she (Dr Otto) is more than confident, her bedside manner has a lot to be desired. She made me and my son, who was with me, feel like we were neglecting or even abusing our cat. It hurt our feelings terribly.
That being said, I wouldn't take my fur babies anywhere else for the best care my animals could have.
