One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered with a dog boarding location. As a customer that spent over six thousand dollars using this location to board my pets, one of their employees (Caris) refused to bring my pets to me because I arrived literally 90 seconds after closing.

The 90 seconds is exact and the reason I know it is because I was driving from the ATL airport to Braselton to pick up my dogs (over a 60 mile drive) and I called Caris multiple times on the drive to tell her I was on my way and to please have the dogs ready. I pulled into the Our House driveway at exactly one minute past closing (I watched the clock because I was desperately trying to get there through traffic on time) and I parked and walked to the door of the building within another 30 seconds. While I’m standing there, Caris walks around the corner of the building and said I was too late and heads to her car. So despite the two phone calls alerting her to progress and letting her know I was in my way, Caris rejected the request over a 90 second delay. Horrible person. Horrible customer service particularly because had she simply said over the phone that I shouldn’t bother to come if I was going to dare be 90 seconds late after a 60 mile drive on I-85, I wouldn’t have wasted my time.

Her attitude was horrendous. She misled me on the phone and had no regard for the fact that my dogs have boarded and received services so many times that in a 2-year period
I had spent over 6 thousand dollars with them.

I don’t recommend any place that would rather enforce a literal 90 second delay against a repeat customer who was traveling and doing their best to get there rather than help them out.

Caris felt more than justified in her attitude and perhaps others would agree with her but I think customer service requires consideration of human circumstances and to refuse to give me my dogs when she literally was still there and had just gotten off the phone with me was a disgusting thing to do.

If you want to be treated like an actual person then don’t use them.

Well, I did my homework on taking my pup Riley to a training place. Reviews were good so off to training school she went for two weeks with Carter. He was excellent, everyday in the beginning I text him on how she was doing with her training.Responded quickly with updates reassuring me that she was doing good. First week I was feeling better on knowing Riley was getting proper training. So I kinda back off to every other day 🙃. Again with all his kindness to me on how she was doing. Even posted a belly rub on there website. Finally two days before she came home, we were invited to come do some training with her. Wow !! what a difference! Two later came home , gave me a sheet of commands to learn . We still had two more session with him after to help us continue in the training process .She was always excited to see him. Dogs knows who love them..😍 Staff there was always kind to her & I could tell it came from there 💗 of animals. Know you get exactly what you pay for and more be reassured of that on there training and knowledge. Thank you Carter ❤️

I have been bringing my pups to Our House for over 7 years now. Our House has always given the best of care to my babies and I can't imagine letting my pets stay anywhere else. This stay included my new pup, Howie, as well as Medusa. She can be a handful, but the staff at Our House takes great patience with her. I know without a doubt my babies will always be loved and cared for just like I would do. Our House is outstanding and I highly recommend them to board your pets.

Such a loving place! From the tour to picking up our dog was amazing. The team was comforting and inviting and the facility is so nice and priced smart. Could not recommend them more for your fur babies.

My fur baby loved her first playday at Our House. They treat her well and she willingly goes in and happily comes out. Since she is an only dog, she needs to socialize. She is quite submissive and I don’t want other more alpha dogs taking advantage of her so this socialization is crucial for her well being. She will be back on a regular routine.

Overall, well pleased. Dogs always seem happy when picked up. I did have an issue recently where my instructions that my dog NOT wear her collar to avoid our other dog taking her down and possibly choking her (even though they love each other - they play rough!) was incorrectly written down as "no leash around neck". Not the same thing at all and could have had serious consequences.

Wonderful and welcoming friendly staff! We’ve been bringing our pup to Our House for over 6 months now utilizing their boarding services and pup day care. We recently went on a 10 trip and of course I was anxious leaving Beau for that long, but I received wonderful updates and he was so happy and we could tell well cared for we came home. He loves all the girls and jumps in the car when he knows he going for a playdate. Highly recommend Our House for all their services! Thank you guys! Amy & Glenn
