Es una clínica de primer contacto, que atiende a personas que como yo, tenemos bajos ingresos o incluso a aquellos que ni siquiera los tienen. La atención médica es especial, personalizada y humanista. Mi reconocimiento y respeto para todo su personal!

Honestly I can’t even begin to describe all the problems I’ve had with this place. I was told it’s the only place in town to get HRT (even though I’ve been on it nearly 10 years). Obviously that is false, but now that I’ve chosen the insurance that ties me to them, I’m stuck with them forever. It’s nearly impossible to be seen, and even if you get the chance, they won’t help you. If it’s not an emergency they’ll just send you away, and if it is an emergency they’ll just tell you to go to the emergency room. If you have any other options at all I would heavily encourage you to pursue them.

This harm reduction needle exchange is a God sent. I don't know what I'd do without it. Thanks to all the staff and volunteers. I'm horrible at not bringing in used syringes but they still always make sure I have cleans. I promise next time I'm bringing them all with me. It's about 6 months worth so get ready. I'm just kidding I'll count them. I'd never expect your staff to-do that. Much Love!

Had an issue due to miscommunication but it was resolved nicely and respectfully. People just need to understand when transferring one doctor to another, it may take quite awhile here; other than that people here are very kind!

This place has really gone down hill, I’ve been coming here for years and not 1 thing has really helped me. I’m only getting worse. It’s all just been a headache. Some of the doctors here shouldn’t have jobs. I feel like this is where they put the throw away doctors. But at the poors expense. Shame on this poorly ran facility for letting the people who are let down the most suffer.

Don’t go here if you’re seeking medical care where you will feel heard and understood. This place cycles through people like fodder. They prioritize helping homeless people over their patients they have had for 8+ years. Very disorganized and staff is very rude. This place used to be what they advertised, but as they’ve grown, they no longer hold the capacity to provide you with the care you need. You can’t contact your own doctor with simple questions through MyChart, you will get dismissive replies from random people looking at your personal medical information. Please take it from someone who has gone here for years, choose a different medical office. This one is not worth your time.

It sounds like for the right person, outside in does great things for the community. But for a regular Joe Schmoe like me just trying to get his everyday healthcare done at this clinic, this is easily the worst experience I’ve ever had with a medical facility. There is absolutely no professionalism with the organization here and a complete disregard for the fact that their actions effect my HEALTH CARE. None of the phone calls in our outbound ever get properly logged with details of the call. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve received a voicemail that I need to come get labs done or make an appointment and then when I call back to do so, they have no record of that request. The last time this happened they said they would look into it and give me a call back and they never did. I’ve never once gotten off the phone with them and felt like it was a productive conversation. Getting any help from them is like pulling teeth and I am so glad to be rid of them as a provider of mine.
