If I could leave zero stars, I would. I entrusted this facility with my two dogs while traveling out of the country, but the care they received was appalling. My Great Dane became distressed, developed uncontrollable diarrhea, stopped eating, and missed his medication. The owner failed to inform me or seek veterinary care for two entire days. Instead, she texted me at 8 am on New Year’s Day, demanding I pick him up immediately because she didn’t want to deal with "cleaning up his mess anymore".

Her neglect and unprofessionalism were shocking. I also witnessed her yelling at other dogs in her care and showing no kindness or interest in my pets. She didn't even take the time to ask their names before shoving them outside. If you love your dogs like family, avoid this facility at all costs.

We have a Great Pyrenees that we struggle with finding someone to care for when we go on family trips to places she's not necessarily welcome. Nikki was amazing. We wanted to tour the place before we committed to leaving our dog for a weekend. First thing I noticed was how clean the facility is. Nikki seems to be very meticulous to everything, all the way down to her front desk. Our pup seemed to have a positive experience there also. The price to know she was taken good care of was absolutely reasonable and we will use Nikkis services again in the future.

We have been so happy with Ozark Hills. Our Autumn had never been around dogs when we took her for the first time and she helped her with the transition. We have taken her here several times and will continue. They do have a 2 day minimum but well worth it. The facility is so clean and the owner is extremely friendly and the communication is great.

I have to give Ozark Hills boarding a 5 star rating. We had to leave town on a family emergency and Nikki was so helpful and awesome on helping us arrange boarding our 2 golden retrievers. It was the first time they had ever been boarded and away from home. She did a wonderful job thing care of them and giving us report on how they where doing. Great place with great people.

It's very clean and the dog's are well taken care of. Nice big runs 🙂 they each have a bed off the floor, I would use them and recommend them to anyone looking for someone that cares about your fur baby the way u do.

Week took our 11-year-old Dachshund to be boarded for a week. He had never been boarded before and he did great. The owner was very attentive to our dog. The facility was very clean. We were very pleased and will use this boarder again.
