We had so much fun at the Painted Lady. Stayed in Lottie as we were 2 couples. It was clean, well equipped and having a brew at the trolley was especially memorable! It was great to hang out with fellow guests. The cranberry/green tea seltzer was the best I have ever tasted. Jamie and bartenders were so very personable!

We are locals, but after visiting Painted Lady for one of their movie bingo nights, we also decided to have a staycation here. It was a fantastic experience all around. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Everything is decorated so thoughtfully. We stayed with our dogs, and also really appreciated the enclosed patio attached to our room so the dogs could spend some time outside. The beers they brew are fun and tasty. Kate was great with hosting us and pouring beers in the trolley for Hoppy Hour. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would 100% recommend staying here or stopping by for one of their special events.

My husband, dog, and I stayed at the Painted Lady for 2 nights and it was such a great experience! I added on the second night at the last minute and Jesse was quick to get it sorted. We stayed in the Jessie, everything you could possibly need was there, the decor was great! We went to the hoppy hour each night and loved the trolley car. The whole space / outdoor area is so thoughtfully planned with plenty of seating. Jesse thought of everything. We attended the open mic night and got to hear the spooky stories of the Painted Lady's history as well as other ghost stories. It was a unique experience. We loved it! Communication was great and the location is close to Old Town. Would for sure recommend!

OK, this is starting to become a habit. Here is another 5 star review . Jesse has his act together. We stayed three nights in the Charlie suite. You could not ask for more . Beer , history, haunting, great room oh did I mention a beer comes with the room !!!! The theme is perfect. I'm kind of a standoffish person and not much on people . But I have to say this proprietor knows how to make everyone feel welcome and valued as a customer 😎. I even retired my beanie from my local pub and upgraded to a Painted Lady Bed and Brew !

The Painted Lady exceeded our expectations for our reception and is an excellent choice for any occasion. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to host a memorable event in a fun, spooky setting! Or to stop in for happy hour!

The entire property was beautifully decorated and the hotel room was very spacious with lovely amenities.

Back at the Painted Lady, in the room called Lizzie this stay, and now there's just one room we haven't stayed in. Proprietor Jesse has done an incredible job maintaining the historical character (and keeping the peace with the ghosts) of this beautiful property. We highly recommend it and encourage our Santa Fe friends to consider this place for a little Albuquerque staycation. He said that January and February can be a bit slow, so maybe find a concert or event in the New Year and come down for an overnight or two. *Pet friendly!!*

110% the best BnB in Albuquerque! We are fans of Ghost Adventures and wanted to stay after seeing the episode (Season 24 Episode 3!). The grounds and atmosphere is amazing, the brews for Hoppy Hour were out of this world, and Jesse took such good care of us. Whether you are traveling thru or needing a "staycation" like we did, look no further!

Such a hidden gem with charm, character and a hoppy hour in a trolley car with a cool vibe and tasty beer! Rooms are adorable, super clean with all the amenities needed and a bit of history and mystery! A must stop if you’re road tripping or make it a destination!!! And thank you to the sweet bartender and locals for great restaurant recommendations! We’ll be back!!
