Eric is the man! I had to run to the mainland for a couple weeks after a recent death in the family. At the most perfect timing, my cat had a litter of 4 two days before the news of the death. Eric made the most generous exception for all 5 cats to stay with him for the price of 2! I received pictures of my babies regularly with updates. Eric is so nice, approachable, great with animals. His property is huge and very clean. You can tell everything was built from ground up in mind of the animals care. He also took the liberty of getting me in touch with reputable rescue services for the litter after I shared my concerns for where they’ll go after my care. I can’t thank him enough for everything he’s done.

I had to go to mainland and boarded my 3 fur babies here. Was only supposed to be a month. Things happen I was delayed in returning home. Eric was absolutely amazing, he reassured me my boys would be taken care of till I could get back. I would definitely recommend him to anyone for any length of time. My dogs are all happy healthy and have been taken care. If I ever need to board my boys again I will only be taking them to pampered pooch. Mahalo again Eric.

We couldn't ask for better care -- and fun -- for our 1-year-old puppy/dog Kiki. She's stayed at Pampered Pooch twice. The first time, she'd never stayed anywhere with anyone else. We struck out at various other pet boarding facilities -- they were booked, had big demands like our dog stay with them for the day before they could stay overnight, which I kind of get -- but it was too hard for us to do. I'm REALLY glad we held out for Pampered Pooch. Kiki warmed up instantly to Eric -- she ALWAYS had growled at strangers, except for the vet herself. Eric kept us posted on how she was doing. We were so grateful to have PP for our following, longer trip. We felt comfortable knowing she was being well cared for. When my husband picked her up, she'd been playing constantly with a couple of other dogs her size. Very pleased and not trusting anyone else with our dog. The grounds are spacious and well cared for, too.

Eric is awesome and was so attentive to my cat. I've used his services 3xs now and found them affordable, very clean and excellent. He has a large cat room with lots of ladders for them to enjoy and lots of large kennels for dogs in his facility. He also texted me pics and vids of my cat while I was away 😻😻😻 Highly recommend!

Wow! So, I know there are not that many reviews for this business right now (5 at the time of this writing) but they are all 5-stars.

I called to ask if they had openings for a certain time period. Eric asked me what time I would be dropping off. I responded that it didn't matter to me that day whenever in his open hours.

Most people would have then just suggested a time that works for them since I was open to any time.

Nope. What happened next was Eric, got real rude. Raised his voice saying, "It may not MATTER TO YOU but IT MATTERS TO ME! I'm not going to sit around here all day waiting for you!"

It was then I realized that there was something wrong and there was no way I was going to leave my animals with someone that thought speaking to someone disrespectfully was normal.

I also realized, he was telling me that he doesn't want to wait there with the animals he is supposed to be watching & caring for during his own business hours.

I love my pets too much to ignore the warning signs. Even if he doesn't like people he should understand that pet owners love their pets and they are entrusting their pets to him. They need to feel they're safe with him. Would you leave your child with someone yelling on the phone?

Just think about that! I'm not going to do less for my pets than I would my children.

Hopefully, he learns from this and treats people with the same respect they show to him.

This business never ceases to amaze me. Quality service, spacious kennels, competitive prices, and caring staff. Every time I leave my dogs here when I return they are returned to me as happy as can be.
