We often take our Libby here for boarding while taking trips. This last visit however, she was being a very picky eater. Jackie (owner) contacted us to make us aware and assured us that she was fine, just being picky about her food and advised alternatives to get her to eat better. She checked in with us every day while we were gone. To have an owner take so much interest in the well-being of our dog is very comforting! All of the staff here are great as well. Thank you Jackie and your staff for caring so much!!!

We love having a trustworthy facility to take our three babies to for boarding when needed and grooming needs. Maggie always does a wonderful job, we have never had a bad hair cut. Maggie is wonderful with communicating with you and always takes the best pictures as well. All the staff is great with communicating as well, very professional, reasonably price.

Our puppy had a good first day, too funny the sent him home w a report card. Staff very friendly but getting info was not smooth, for every single bit of general info, I had to ask a separate question, they would give me the shortest answer, then next question...it was a bit weird. Generally positive interaction though, lobby looks amazing, and it's more expensive than k9! $24 if we leave food. We'll go again but occasionally. For regular days we'll stay w k9 country club.

My Golden Retriever likes it here. He comes home tired, for the energy he has for 1yo, going here for day care has made my life a bit easier. He socializes with other dogs better. The staff is friendly and cares for the pets, tried their boarding too, it’s pretty convenient and decent charges.

I cannot say enough good things about Paradise Pet Hotel & Day Spa. Their facility is so clean, their staff is friendly and responsive, and I trust them to take care of my dog. I have done boarding, day care, and grooming with them. It’s a one stop shop and my dog loves going there!

OMG, you guys were an angel sent from above!! My Boyfriend and I had reservations for boarding our fur daughter over the weekend at a kennel; only to be told at 4:50pm Friday that they were all booked. Frantically he called Paradise at 5pm; they right away said YES bring her in before 6pm!! I showed up around 5:30pm fur daughter in tow! My mother and I walked in with Nya and the lobby was spotless, odorless, and very inviting and professional! The receptionist was overly friendly and caring! You guys asked if I wanted other services, Doggie Playtime, Sunday Brunch, etc... The staff member who walked Nya to the back had NO issues that she jumped up on her immediately and gave kisses 🥰 When we came to pick Nya up Monday morning; the gentleman at the front desk was just as friendly and caring as the receptionist Friday evening and the Staff Member that brought her to the lobby was just as friendly and caring!! Nya came home from there acting just the same as when she was dropped off 🥰 You guys even sent home a report card! 🙂 Thank You Thank You Thank You for taking great care of my fur daughter this weekend!! She will definitely be calling Paradise her 2nd home!! My 1st boarding experience went from horrible to an extremely pleasant experience thanks to you all!

Cannot share enough good things about Paradise. We got a rescue dog in August and quickly learned she needed to have play time throughout the day while we are at work. We were worried because she sometimes isn't the biggest fan of strangers and can be really iffy with them, but she LOVES Paradise. The team would greet her every morning with a "KIWI! Good morning!" And Kiwi LOVED it. She would start getting excited in the car as soon as we turned down the road. The staff is so unbelievably kind and took such great care of her. We did boarding and daycare over the course of our time there and both services are excellent. Honestly, sometimes I think Kiwi loved her daycare peeps more than us lol.

They will care for your dog like its their own pup. They play with them, know them, are aware of their needs, and watch closely. There is no one I trust more with my dog. The only reason we stopped going is because we moved, but trust me it was not easy to leave Paradise behind. I told everyone with a dog how great this place is. Best doggy daycare in town, you wont find a better staff that loves your dogs like they do. Thank you for loving Kiwi like she was your own, Paradise is the BEST! <3

I take my Doberman puppy here for daycare 2-3 times a week and he LOVES it. He is worn out when he comes home and seems to keep himself out of trouble on those days. We recently boarded him for a week while on vacation and he seemed to have a good time. We didn't have any trouble with him when we got home either (you know how dogs can misbehave if they are mad that you left). The staff are always nice and know him by name when he comes in.
