I am extremely happy with my experience at Patient First. I have my PCP there, as it is so convenient for me to see him. Everyone is always so pleasant and helpful, from the front office staff, to the nurses and PA’s.
You truly feel that you are important to them. They are very professional and take their job’s seriously. It is always a clean and inviting place, with soothing background music.
On my visit today I was unable to use my right hand, so the front staff helped me with the forms and signing. In the treatment area I was helped with my jacket and fastening it before going back outside, which was very appreciated.
I love that there is an x-ray area for immediate diagnosis for patients. Also the laboratory for blood draws, so you can get immediate results on certain blood tests. It is so much more convenient for me to use Patient First than a doctor’s office for my needs, due to my busy work schedule. I always recommend Patient First to my family and friends.

As I have mentioned to the staff and doctors, from registration to walking back out the door I have never had such good care.
I mainly see Dr Davenport. She is a wonderful physician, and very professional.
The nurses people that take blood the lady at registration all of them were very wonderful and helpful people. I cannot say enough about how well they do their jobs.

Dr. Davenport is an extraordinary physician. She has amazing bedside manner. She listens , and she is very sensitive to the needs of her patients. My daughter and myself have had amazing experiences with her care. I am proud to call her my primary care provider. Patient First, please do everything you can to keep her there. She is a Jewel.

Everyone here was very nice and efficient. I waited in my car because it was crowded in the waiting room and i would suggest this to others. Came here while out of town and the location is nearby food places in case you want to grab coffee while you wait. Left a personal item in the exam room and they made sure i got it back quickly. Five stars!

The support staff was amazing and the doctor who saw me listened to my concerns and checked out what I’d mentioned. She was very helpful and explained everything in great detail as to what she thought could be going on and how to exactly take the medicine prescribed due to an existing condition that I have and how it could affect the medication being prescribed.

It is hard to believe how efficient this place is! I guess I'm used to waiting around for hours along with dozens of others. Not here! This place is worlds apart from that. I went in for strep throat and from the time I walked in and signed in I was taken back in less than 5 minutes. I waited another 15 mins and saw a nurse who took vitals. 15 minutes later the doctor came in. I was amazed how quickly this place gets to it's patients. All staff is polite, professional, and knowledgeable. What a breath of fresh air. I was in and out under one hour.
