This is genuinely the best place I’ve ever taken my dogs! I have three crazy high strung large breed's and the staff met them where they were knew there small quirks and completely treated them like there own! I have left them there weeks at a time and even just over night and i swear they like it better then home they love the staff as much if not more then me ! Genuinely the only place i trust with my baby’s!

“I’m crying more saying goodbye to my dog for a week, than I did saying goodbye to my husband for a month” …..Those were the first words out of my mouth walking into Paw Palace.

My husband was on an extended trip for work and we had a planned vacation I was taking solo with our kids, one in which we couldn’t bring our trusty road dog, Banshee Louise. I was greeted by an extremely kind, compassionate, welcoming staff and left feeling like I was leaving my beloved pup with family.

We booked one of the “suites” which are right up in the front of the office and decorated to look like cute little barn doors. They were extremely well cared for and honestly, bigger than the powder room in my house, haha! I especially loved that I could bring her bed, all of her toys as well as her “ni ni” (one of my old tshirts) to snuggle with when she slept. There was a little doggy door in her suite so she could come in/out at her leisure. She had private yard access (moderately dog aggressive, she’s a retired State Police k9) AND I had 24/7 access to watch her on a security camera. Win win for all of us!

There were a few times I peeked in on her and I could see and hear the staff interacting with her and it brought me so much comfort hearing them and seeing them treat her with so much love and kindness. I could tell when she was sleeping that she was relaxed and didn’t feel stressed out, which truly made the week fly by.

The highlight of all of it though was being able to watch her reaction to seeing her daddy picking her up (we were still on the trip) through the camera in her suite. After not seeing him for a whole month, her realizing he was there to bring her home was just the icing on the cake.

Paw Palace, thank you for the love and kindness you share with our fur babies. Leaving them behind is the worst feeling ever but leaving knowing they are in AMAZING hands makes it all worth it.

Please do not bring your babies here. My dog was attacked and traumatized by another dog while being under the care of these money hungry people… I’m strongly disgusted and disappointed. If you love your fur babies keep them away from them !!!

I have been taking my dog Dante for about 2 years now. Dante loves coming to daycare! He gets all the love and affection from the Paw Palace staff. The staff is always friendly, youthful, and professional. I've also boarded my dog and I appreciate the staff for taking care him and giving me updates whenever I call to check in on him.

DO NOT CONSIDER PAW PLACE FOR PRECIOUS PETS!!!!!!! Called Monday with an urgent issue for my Great Pyrenees/Karakachan mix, an XL dog, 85 lbs at 8 mo., needed de matting behind her ears. Because of her size, I’m a 68 year young woman, who needed help as soon as possible. Angel said no problem, I live large dogs, just register her and will get her in on Monday. I was elated, since I had called 12 groomers who said she was too large. I registered and didn’t get a call back. I called and left messages Tuesday and Wednesday. Called Wednesday evening and spoke with Michelle. I asked for Angel, she said Angel was. Off today. I said was she in yesterday, she said she didn’t know because she, herself was in the hospital yesterday. Michelle said she would make sure Angel got back to me first thing in the morning, and, again, no call back.
DO NOT USE THE PAW PALACE THEY DONOT CARE ABOUT YOUR PRECIOUS PETS, I would give them a -10000 for their behavior!!!!!!

This place is great! Great staff. Great care is taken with my fur babies. They really pay attention to each one. Doggie daycare is both outdoor and indoor with plenty of space. Doesn't matter if your dog is smaller or larger breed or even a so called aggressive breed... they can handle them all. They also offer training, grooming, security training and finding out what habit may need to be addressed. Oh... the place is huge!

I bring my babies here for grooming. Holly is very good with them. She really does a great job 👍 She cares about the babies too.
I would recommend you take your babies there to Paw Palace for grooming. Holly will treat them right.
Just tell her your preferences, and she'll take care of them.

I don't know where to begin! I dropped my furbaby here for the first time because we went to HI for vacation. Katie was absolutely wonderful with making me feel comfortable in knowing that he would be ok and well taken care of. The facility is extremely clean and welcoming. At one point, he wouldn't eat (and they called to tell me, which I really appreciated) but they figured out a way, by adding peanut butter to his food (which he is on meds for his allergies and this was important that he ate). Although the rates are a little pricey, it was well worth to upgrade him to a suite vs the regular kennel (and we were able to see him remotely 24 hrs a day which made me feel more comfortable) My furbaby is older (almost 13), so we do everything we can to make sure that he is comfortable. I recommend to anyone looking for a place to board, give Paw Palace a try! I could type for hours but all I can say is "Thank you" to the entire staff for taking such great care of my furbaby!
