UPDATE TO MY REVIEW:

Since the owner is trying to call me a liar, I am removing a star from my original two star review and adding a photo of my receipt from the service I received on 9/1/2023 in the amount of $172. Yes, Owner of Paw Palace of Atlanta - I am aware you are located in Atlanta and did take my dogs there. I can reside in multiple states over years time and leave reviews for places in different states. I paid for a service that was disappointing but somehow your response was even worse.

I really wanted to like this place but after inspecting my dogs haircut, it just wasn't worth the price. I was in search of a new grooming place because my precious one switched out groomers and kept cutting my dogs hair like a yorkie vs what I had been getting. I showed numerous pictures to the groomer at Paw Palace and while he got it short in the places I asked for, it was extremely choppy. The front desk area wasn't super bright and I have a very hyper second dog(only gets a bath) that I was focused on when picking them up so when I initially saw that my dogs cut was close to what I wanted, I was happy and tipped $20. Please look at the photos as you can see sections missing from the top of his head and around his beard. It seems like they are good with clippers but not hand scissoring or round faces. Considering I paid $152 for one full groomed 8lb dog and one bath / resending for a 30lb dog... I was expecting something a little more professional looking.

I wouldn’t recommend if you have a double coated breed. They absolutely hacked my dog’s coat especially his chest, which wasn’t supposed to be even trimmed at all.

Edit: I am located in Atlanta, GA and you in fact did groom my dog. So no I will not be removing this review.

I must say that EVERY time we take our pup to Paw Palace they always do an amazing job. Their work is consistent and you're always going to get a fabulous cut. Our pup stays smelling good for weeks and her fur is so soft. Plus their customer service is wonderful and she looks forward to going there each time. If you haven't tried them then you're missing out. I definitely recommend them!

took my 6mo toy poodle for his first actual groom since the last salon would only do a mini groom. Sarah made me feel very secure about leaving my puppy. I’ve been nervous about taking him anywhere for a long time. But her and Carlos did great!! He looks like a new puppy. Wish I could add the video🥺 Ash has found a new home at paw palace

Sarah and Carlos are great! I've been using them for more than 13 yrs. My late Maltese Maxwell was blind and I had trouble finding a groomer where he was comfortable, and I felt safe leaving him. When I went to meet Sarah the first time, she spoke softly to him and got down on the floor with him, and he warmed right up to her. I even boarded him with her, and I never worried about him. He loved her so much that when I told him we were going to see Sarah, he perked up and would run up the stairs and right in and find her. Fast forward, I lost Maxwell and got another dog, CayennePeppa, and he was a tiny 4 lb baby and I took him to Sarah, and he liked her right away. We moved away and after 7 yrs came back and found Sarah and he was comfortable with she and Carlos like he'd never been away. They are great!!!!

Horrible customer service! Very unprofessional & unaware of caring for our pets/family members!
My puppy came back bald With rash irritations all over her body , Plus Additional services that were paid for not completed 4 hours later! No explanation. No apologies no refund. I’m left with my dog suffering. I would definitely not recommend taking any of your pets here if you care for them! So sad 1 star!
