Truly the best decision made when we changed our Vet to Paws of Hope. They really care about our pets. Heather followed up and even reached out to me on a weekend with updates for our new pup, Max. The doctor brought me back to watch a CT scan of Max' abdomen and really went into detail foe me. The transparency was a welcome change! I absolutely feel like the people at Paws of Hope think of our family as their family. I'm so thankful I found them.

We chose this vet based on reviews when moving here 7 years ago. Since then we have taken all our pets here and have been very happy with all care recieved. Front desk and techs are always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. All procedures are explained fully. Pricing is fair. Our pets barely even stress at the vet anymore because the techs and docs are so gentle and caring. Fully recommend this office!

This office is amazing! They respond quickly and genuinely care! They took such great care of my kitten DC. She was spayed and looked after so wonderfully. They even follow up and request photos of the surgical site just to insure your fur baby is doing ok.
Friendly and outgoing folks! DC says thanks! So do I 😊❤️

The prices are ridiculous and they don't even inform you of what you will be charged. My husband told them to do whatever they see fit with our dog and they took that as "authorizing bloodwork" and they called us saying she is totally fine but somehow charged us $540+
The medication alone was $200+ for a dog that they said was completely fine. They did not call us asking if this was okay at all. I've never had to pay anything like this for a dog that is perfectly "fine" according to them.

Never allow Paws of Hope to do anything to your pet without an estimate upfront. I have been to this clinic 15+ times before, and have always felt that the price is on the upper end, but I trusted Heather and some other staff members with my pets. Today my dog was puking, and it looked like some blood was in it. I called, and they suggested I drop her off to be seen when they could get to her. I told them to do the tests they feel she needs. They called at 3pm to let me know she seems fine, but they would prescribe some anti nausea and anti diarrhea meds. When my wife picked our dog up they scanned her card, and only then informed her it was $540. Nobody called either of us to authorize such an outrageous cost. When I called Heather just told me that I said I wanted blood work, and that's why they didn't call to authorize any charges. No normal person would ever expect the bill to be this high for a dog that by their words is fine. Fine or otherwise, a single trip shouldn't cost this much. This is without xrays or an ultrasound, something they said they'd recommend later if needed. I have never had a bill be anymore than half of this much. I will never return, and would recommend the same for anyone else.

12/27/24, my chin started acting strange, I called Paws an hour before closing, we rushed over, by the time we left, she was FINE! Absolutely nothing wrong with her!
Lol. Thank you to everyone at the clinic, we appreciate you! I cannot sing enough praises for this vet clinic! They love our babies as their own! Even my rottweiler who has stranger aggression. They are by far, the best place to take our critters!
