I take all of my dogs here for grooming. I love Nicole and would not trust another bather with my doggos. She is so patient and kind to them.

I originally called the office and scheduled an appointment the following Monday, when we spoke I was quoted 45 for the initial visit then 19 for rabbies. They called me Saturday morning with a sooner appointment that I left work for. After speaking with them they suggested a $26 test which I had to ask the price. Upon everything I went to pay and my bill was $186. They completely blind sighted me with the numbers and their excuse was “they recently changed the prices” I’m sorry but my original quote should’ve been honored as I made an appointment on that price. After speaking to the “account” she was completely rude and not compassionate at all. Asking me what company I knew that hasn’t raised their prices. Telling me I should’ve told the techs of financial concerns. Personally, if someone asks about their pricing in the first call AND while in the office I shouldn’t have to get into more detail. Nothing was resolved. The worst part, my dog is still having the issue even AFTER the medication schedule. I now have to obviously find another TRUSTED vet. Very dishonest and unprofessional.

Love the care and concern they show over patients. The grooming service is amazing and they even have a dog washing station you can come in and pay to wash your own dog, it's very convenient when you don't have a way to bathe your big dogs at home.

I was very worried about my kitty, he'd been losing weight and acting strange lately. Took him to see the Dr here and she spent a total of about 10 minutes with him, ran a blood test, then told me he was fine. While I clearly felt otherwise, I continued to do for him everything that I possibly could. Then he died three nights later. I paid her $300 to so coldly disregard an obviously suffering animal. I wouldn't even trust these people to vaccinate your pet, but definitely don't put your hope or your loved one's fate in their hands.

We had to have our best boy, Charlie, put to sleep recently. The team at PAWS was so caring and respectful. They took care of everything while genuinely conveying their sympathy. If you ever have to do this for one of your pets, I can't imagine a more caring and professional group to utilize. A few days after, we received a condolence card, signed with comments from everyone on staff, expressing their sorrow for our loss...that was one of the most touching and timely positive expressions we've experienced. Now we have our beloved Charlie's remains back here at his home...and while it's still so very hard to cope with the fact that he's gone, we can take comfort in the exceptional and compassionate care he received at PAWS. We're forever grateful for the team at PAWS.
As an aside, you should know that the PAWS clinic provided needed X-rays that my own Vet wasn't equipped to provide. Again, these folks went above and beyond...God bless them!

My dog got scared when I was trying to take her inside and she pulled out of her collar and ran out onto the busy 4 lane traffic. Staff came running and followed her while I got in my vehicle and drove after them. Thanks to their quick response, they not only kept traffic from hitting her but I would never have found her 2 blocks away behind houses in a ditch if they hadn’t followed her and showed me where to go. Way above and beyond expectations. She was examined, got her vaccine's, nails trimmed and home safely. Thank you so much!!!

I booked a grooming appt and boarding for my cat here because they've always been so good to my mom's dogs and they were fantastic. They are all so sweet and it's obvious they love animals.
