No me gusta y siento temor porque todas las enfermeras tienen UÑAS Tan LARGAS . Tengo una bebe de 2 meses simpre estoy tan pediente cuando ellas la tocan pueden aruñarla . Su piel es muy sensible, Aun a otros niños .creo que no es apropiado por su trabajo.

Cannot be trusted! If you are using them check your bill.
This provider adds unauthorized charges for an uncovered questionnaire the child filled themselves during a well child visit. Then argues about it. Total scam.
Working parents don't have time for your shenanigans.
Drs. and nurses might be good, but who in their right mind will stand for this level of service?
Not worth the hassle.

Called to schedule new patient appointment for 3 yr old annual check up. Operator was very rude to begin with. First question was which insurance then ID policy holder. My child’s name wasn’t even asked until the very end. She was short and rude. I think they can do better than that as this is my first impression. May end up canceling my appointment which is over a month away! No sooner appointments with doctor.

Been bringing our children here for years but looking to change out. The front staff is so inconsistent and some are very rude and insensitive. A couple of times I've brought in a sick child for an appointment or had our turn skipped for "missed" while sitting in the waiting room for an hour or a failed check in system. They are located in the 4th floor, construction around the buildings, limited parking, elevators down, valets overworked, and can't acknowledge nor offer their patients and their parents a grace period to get upstairs. The providers are great but the front staff need trainings.

What a breath of fresh air it is to be at a practice that listens and has true expert doctors on staff. The service was speedy getting set up as a new patient and the visit was spectacularly professional yet also personable. SO happy we switched practices to you all!

My son is 6 months old and we just relocated to this area from Southern Virginia. I researched a reputable doctor (Shaykh) and waited longer for his available openings for new patients. As this is my first child I insisted on being seen by a doctor. My experience at the office was aweful. The front desk was aggressive with their approach in asking me for insurance and personal information and even went on to say I would not be seen if I could not provide as if they just assumed to know me and my baby were uncovered which is not the case. With this being my first time in the facility there could have been a different approach. After all the questions it took intake about 30+ minutes before me and my son were seen. By the way we were not seen by the doctor who i scheduled with but rather one of the Nurse Practitioners on hand. The assistant came in to give my 6month old son vaccines and it did not feel warm or caring, rather cold and non-caring. There was no empathy given to my baby at all, when asking about Tylenol I was practically mom shamed by the nurse while I sat and watched as they stuck the needles into each of his legs. If they treated me and my baby like this as new patients for general treatment and check up I can not imagine if something more serious was to occur what would happen. I want to warn new moms and moms in general to be watchful. We will not be returning.

My daughter is two and we've been coming here for all her appointments and medical needs since she was born. All the staff has been great each visit. This 3 star review is for the app they have for parents to make appointments with. I don't have time to search each provider's availability for a simple appointment to be made. It's 2024, update your user interface so that making appointments is fast and simple. I have to call the office nearly every time because the system doesn't just show available times as a starting point, it makes you choose a provider, then the location... and then you learn that person has no availability until a month out, and you go back to the next person on the list. Just give me appointment times I can see at each location please.

We have been using this practice since our children were born. They are very accommodating and welcoming. The practitioners are always very pleasant and make my children feel at ease while we are there. We would recommend this pediatric practice to anyone. We absolutely love this place.
