Our children addicted to fentanyl needing detox / rehab have to do another ASSESSMENT . This is checking insurance, documents,. We have already done this, opioid addiction is no short battle. We need a quicker way to access care. This operation needs to be streamlined to get these kids off the streets quick fast and in a hurry. Also if you miss an appointment here they will call CPS on you knowing that these kids are in the grips of a progressive illness. Oh and the parents have to be there or they won’t see you. How can we manage to find a drug attic that doesn’t want to be found for this, and parents that work. This place a labyrinth.

Staff are amazing

Actual doctor does not listen. went in wanting to kill myself. Told her Wellbutrin does not work for me. She made me wait a month to come back. And she put me on Wellbutrin (I’d been on it twice before and had to stop at two weeks each time because it’s so bad on my body). I came in on my own accord as a stand by, two weeks later. Doctor huffed and rolled her eyes at me and said there was no way I could feel the medicine yet. So I was forced to stay on the medicine for a month. It made my entire body shake uncontrollably and didn’t help my mood at all. Was still suicidal. . Go back and try a new medicine. A month later I said it’s not working well and I’m still having issues. She said “see you in three months”

Doctor also put me on a leave from work to focus on my mental health, now is refusing to sign a release to return to work form so I can go back to work!! Doctor has no right to dictate what I do in my career.

Doctor does not listen and projects her own beliefs onto others, which is wrong. She needs to be accepting of all people no matter their background. Do not go to permia care. The doctor doesn’t care about her clients at all. The staff care, the doctor doesn’t.

Everyone seemed very nice & helpful until I got to the actual therapist. Her name I do not know but it’s something like Doctor O, she’s an African lady.
I struggle with depression and suicidal thoughts & I have been for a long time. It took every last bit of me to walk into this building. I was on my last will to live. I didn’t even expect to walk out of that building changed, but I didn’t expect to leave that building distraught.
Her…. “Professional advice” centered herself and her opinions about God & society impressions instead of myself.
She trivialized & invalidated the abuse I received as a child.
She looked up my sisters information to see when & where her appointments would be. What she wants to do with that info, I do not know b/c my sister goes to Bridges which is on the ground floor. Mine is on the 2nd floor.
I will never forget this experience. Ever.
I was already apprehensive about going to therapy & that was so damaging to me, I couldn’t imagine going back into that building again. I don’t want to go anywhere, I’d rather suffer. I’m suffering enough.
I expressed my concern to the lady who sets up your appointments after your session & she basically said “Sorry you feel that way but she’s the only one we got so here’s other places you can try if you don’t like it.”
I won’t be going back to this place ever.
2 stars. 1 for everyone else who, if not genuinely concerned, at least did their job well. 1 for the pills b/c at least they curb my urge to die.

Its really a shame that they have all the time in the world to decorate their office but do not take the time to actually speak with someone who is needing mental health assistance. The people that we have dealt with so far have shown no signs of concern for my son's well being and they have only rescheduled appointments twice already. The first reason was because of the lady actually writting Wednesday 9-24 and we went on Wednesday but it was 9-23. We could have waited there as long as they needed but we got turned away. And if you ask me, it was her mistake. She literally wrote Wednesday on the paper. We have no form of income and my son really needs emotional support right now. Anyone who would have their son in a situation like this and get the type of carelessness from a place would be upset and frustrated too. He hasn't even been addressed or even greeted. I do understand it's low income but the treatment and demeanor of the ladies that we have seen so far is heartless.

Horrible place, the people here are rude and always talk down to the patients. I'm glad I left this place, but unfortunately my mom still goes here and they treat her so poorly. After, finding out how the receptionist talks to my mom I will be looking for a new clinic. You would think people who work in this type of environment would have better people skills, but they don't...they should be seeing a therapist themselves.

Called for an appointment but was told to just come in for initial paperwork screening. That process was fine… but I was told to return the next morning at 8am for intake and arrived at 745am, was there over 2 hours and still didn’t get the help my child needed so I ended up leaving disappointed.
