I have had 3 dogs groomed here. Yesterday I brought in our new puppy. I drive 38 minutes one way to bring the dogs to this location. I saw the sign being flipped to open. After walking across a very icy parking lot the door was locked. It was a -6 degrees outside. I knocked on the door and waited to be let in. It took them awhile to answer the door and you couldn't see through the door because there is a water leak and there was frozen water on the door. We discussed what she needed done and handed my dog over and asked if there was a restroom. I was told it was not for the public. I am a paying customer not the "public". There is a big difference. I got a call about 1 1/2 later and returned for my dog. I was asked to pay for the dog before I got to see her. $70 for my 11 pound dog and then it gave me the option to tip 20%, 30%, and 40%. I have yet to see any other business with tip percentages this high. I am staring looking at the options thinking, how much do I know what to tip, I haven't seen my dog. The girl finally brought up the tip and I felt obligated to tip because of her demeaner. I finally selected a tip option. They brought my dog out and it was a horrible job. I will not be back and in the future I will not tip for another groomer until I actually see my dog. A word to the wise... if you are going to ask for 20%, 30%, and 40% get a bathroom for your customers and give fabulous customer service, excel at your craft, and put a smile on your face.

For being the only pet store I know of in Trenton MO it’s decent the employees are nice and they have a good variety of Fish, Hermit Crabs, and other animals I will definitely be back in

If you have a cat or dog it might be a good place but for any other type of animal I wouldn’t suggest it. All of the reptiles they have in store have little to no enrichment, missing tails, stuck shed, and missing toes. They only restock f/t mouse every 4 months basically and almost never have cork bark. I just go for the crickets but they don’t seem very healthy either.
