Couldnt recommend Pet Lodge enough! Jeff, Tory, Kaya and the rest of the staff are absolutely unmatched! They care for my dog as their own. They are always so friendly and helpful if I ever needed anything.
My 4 year old Boxer has been coming here since he was just 6 months old. He loves it. The second we pull in, he is so excited.
From constant photos posted on their socials to all the fun activities planned throughout the year, this is the best daycare/boarding facility, in my opinion! Since joining about 4 years ago, my dog is now apart of their daycare membership program! He comes in about 10-15 days per month for daycare and anytime I'm out of town, I always board him here.
He and i both LOVE it.
I'd give them 10 stars if i could 🙂

I have three shepherd husky mixed and my dogs LOVE this place!! They are so well taken care of and most of all happy there and when they come home. Their baths are worth every penny and overall amazing. Friendly staff fair prices great location. Love the pictures they take and post for me to check in!

We had a one on one training session with Paul. He was amazing! He trained our 16 month dog and in one hour we noticed an incredible improvement. She was impossible to walk on a leash, but now after only one session, she is much easier to work with thanks to his professional experience and knowledge of dogs. We will be going to group training and in confident our dog will thrive. Thank you.

Upon seeing the below review from a former employee of this place, I figured I should give a summary of my experience here as well.

Tried this place for the $99 unlimited daycare deal upon moving to Alpharetta — everything seemed fine at first and also boarded my dog here a couple of times. She came back sick after the second time, and I had to take her to the vet for extremely bad stomach issues. No one at Pet Lodge informed me she was sick or acting lethargic/unwell. She was severely dehydrated and absolutely not herself. She is an Aussie, so it is unlike her not to be full of energy. She has been to several other daycares and boarding facilities before this one and has never gotten sick like this.

She also came back sick after daycare recently, at which point i decided to stop using this place altogether. I emailed Pet Lodge in order to ask if she’d been sick that day — but their reply was very short saying she seemed fine. I suspect that there were too many dogs there for them to even see if she was not well or not.

During her most recent time boarding, I watched the livestream cameras provided by the establishment and it did not seem that the dogs were out to play very much, maybe only 1-2 hours, if that.

There are other places that cost the same in which your dog can play all day with minimal crate time — this is not one of those. My dog always came home after daycare not feeling her best, but daycare was a necessity at the time. If you have to use a dog daycare, consider using a different one. Or, if your dog loves being in a crate most of the day, this is the place for you.

(Also it is kind of ridiculous that they charge an extra $15 per night to take your dog out for you in the evening when being boarded.)

Love this place! Plenty of play time and swim time included in the cost! No hidden fees or add on extras. It is very affordable. Hours are wonderful too! My dog loved playing with the other dogs. Staff are super friendly and helpful! This place has webcams for full transparency! It also has a splash pad. They also did a wonderful job cleaning her and cutting her nails before pickup. Can’t say enough.

Bentley absolutely loves Pet Lodge!! Every time we drop him off, he is showered with love, belly rubs and plenty of butt scratches! The staff is incredibly kind, processional and truly cares about the pets in their care. Leaving Bentley is never easy, but knowing he is in such good hands makes all the difference. We have complete peace of mind knowing Bentley is happy, safe and well taken care of. Tori and Jeff are both amazing and we highly recommend Pet Lodge!!! Thank you all for loving our Bentley (aka Bent Bent) as much as we do!
