she's very sweet and loves the fur babies. my big baby loves to go visit her. she works around him. and what he's comfortable with. she's very reasonable. and tries her best to keep prices affordable. when we go in for a nail trim or to get his glands done. we are always in and out. she charges 7.00 for nails and the same to get anal glands expressed. other places charge me 20 to 50 for each. plus make me wait hours. my dog loves going here. 💗 and literally tries to hide behind me ,when we go anywhere else. then lays down becomes dead weight and refuses to move. no issues with pet palace. comes in excited tail wagging and leaves the same way. he's a big 120 pound dog.

We have been taking our dog here for the past 4 years. Elizabeth and her team are always professional and very friendly. Most importantly, they are sweet to the animals. Not all groomers are "nice" to the pets and that's not okay. She does absolutely beautiful work. My sweet baby always comes home happy and smelling good.

I’ve used them a lot. They are good and very reasonably priced. Normally $37 to $40 for a small dog. Bathe, hair cut, nails.
Last time for my two it was $83 but I had only $80 and she took it. They went up a little bit so I wasn’t prepared. I did ask before I brought them how much and it was $37 to $40. My dogs weigh 5 1/3 lbs and 13lbs
Last time I took my molly the 5lb they shaved her down to the skin basically and this time they left a little hair as I requested. She was matted but I don’t find that shaving them down to their skin is appropriate for such a small dog. She’s still too short now but at least she has a little fur on her. Most of the problem was my fault since I didn’t have her groomer for like 5 months during the winter. Just be aware that they do this to dogs that is matted. It’s easier for them to shave them but they do go super short which I don’t like. Dolly, my other dog they do a good job on. Her hair don’t Matt up like Mollys. I won’t be using them anymore but they are great to use if your dog doesn’t get matted up.

I post for a friend.Her name was Robin Elsberry.The dog was named Nala.The cut was gapped and not thin enough.She looked almost basically like she did when I brought her there but worse.I won't be bringing her back.

Absolutely appalled… this was my 6th visit to her never a problem. I checked in this morning and a told her same as last, ears, nails. Etc. I pick her up she’s almost hairless!!! I never said a lion cut. I’ve specifically told her to never cut her tail. It’s hardly anything left.. this is a long haired cat, why would you not question it. Call me or something. I thought I found a groomer… I was wrong.😑 it sucks because now my cat that is so spunky has hidden under the bed and will not come out. She is now depressed and I can’t do anything to change it.

Ive taken a long time to finally write this review so i hope it helps pet owners in the future. With that being said, I dropped my 2 puppies off for a week at Pet Palace. I first chose this place because of the great reviews here. After we got back from vacation we picked up our puppies and once we got home i noticed that my dogs front leg was in the wrong hole in her harness. Upon further inspection i removed the harness and she had a very bad abrasion under her armpit. It was red, swollen and her skin was rubbing off. My puppy also had an indentation where her harness was which led me to question how long her harness has been on? So i called Pet Palace because this was a concerning issue. I spoke with one of the kennel technician that cared for her and he said that he did NOT remove the harness for the ENTIRE WEEK because they would not come when being called and he stated it was just easier that way. This is very dangerous practice as you should never leave a pet in their harness and they and severely injure themselves in the kennel. I hoped this review helped and the kennel technicians receive proper training moving forward.

Based on my experience here i CANNOT recommend this establishment for fear of pet safety nor will i go here again.

We love Pet Palace. Our dog Layla loves going there. She gets so excited when she gets there. They do a great job. Their prices are so reasonable. We won't take Layla anywhere else

My poor cat got balded today by this groomer. Long hair her whole life and now she looks awful due to the neglegence if the grooming staff. They asked what I always get. I was a normal client. Until now I will never return. My poor girl is bald. They never called to confirm before they cut 4 + inches off my girl. So unprofessional and to know that they blamed me when I got there, and didn't offera refund is obscene. Don't take ur fur babies here. They could care less about them or you.
