I truly love this place, and my dog truly enjoys it. They spoil him every time that he goes. He always comes out looking the way I expect him to. The only thing with them is that it is a little pricey. There are other places in the neighborhood or close proximity that I could go to, but I choose them because it makes my life easier. My dog is comfortable there and I am comfortable taking him there. So I continue to go there, but if they could lower the price on grooming and boarding, it would really be great. I believe that they may keep the price at the rates that they are because they know people love convenience, in which sometimes we have to pay just for that. But the overall service is great.

What is the ise for tje cameras. I never see any dogs what so ever. I never seen my dog during any of his stay there. Then I had a scheduled pick up for 10pm and called numerous of times no one is here. The k9 officer even went in to find someone but no luck. She even stated that this has been happening alot lately. I just got back from traveling from far to pick up my dog and cant. Then their gonna expect that extra charge for a day. Not and then sent these pictures of my furbaby and all of him looking sad. Like someone was doing something to him. Im not ever bringing him here again.

I love dropping Justice off to avoid leaving her home alone while I am running around all day. The staff is super friendly and easy to talk to when ever I need an update on Justic's day. Thank you to the staff for always doing an amazing job!!

I did a one night boarding stay as a trial to determine if this could be my go to place when I need to go out of town as I travel frequently. I was hoping for the best as the proximity to the airport is ideal. I will stick with boarding places in my area of Buckhead as they do their due diligence with temper assessment for all dogs boarding and typically have a crew of employees who throughly love to be around dogs.

At drop off the young lady who checked my puppy in was pleasant.
At pickup, there was no one at the front desk for quite some time.
Also I looked at the camera in tiny town from time to time just to get a feel of the vibe, and seen the same employee walking back and forth talking on her phone. Granted it is not for me to say if it was personal or related to business. But the perception is that an employee is on the phone during work hours, who knows maybe this is allowed by the business.

In MY opinion, there seems to be a lack of true care. I would have greatly appreciated some feedback at pickup from my puppy’s stay, such as if he ate all meals that were provided, did he align with the potty schedule, etc. While I did not ask the young lady who handed me my puppy, I think this should be business norm and the fact that it is not loses me as a potential customer. Puppy parents want to be comfortable with leaving their fur babies here, so providing that information at check out would do wonders.

In addition to this, my puppy was there for a little over 24 hours, when I inspected his fur he had matting on the hind leg area, under his chin, a little on his face and smelled of urine. This is what confused me most, after one day, the condition his fur was in. I had someone tell me on the way to drop off that he looked like he just had a fresh bath and when I got him back he looked like he needed one. After wiping (really scrubbing) his face, there was a faint yellow color on the wipe, which leads me to believe it was urine. Since he had just received a bath and did not want to avoid over washing him, I had to do 3 sessions of no rinse shampoo to get whatever residue off his hind legs and face. Once again, this leads me to believe there is a lack of care if I am comparing this 1 day stay at Pet Paradise to a 3 night stay at a different boarding place.

Giving two stars because I did get him back in the same health. But this could also be accounted to me requesting him not to be in group play with other dogs.

Maybe I chose a bad weekend for employee coverage, as I am sure others have had positive experiences here and I don’t want to take that from Pet Paradise. Overall, pet paradise airport location is a no for me moving forward.

I highly recommend this place for boarding your fur baby! I've been bringing my dog here for over 2 years and they always take great care of her. I appreciate the daily picture updates, it makes being away from her much easier knowing she's in good hands.

On Monday Jan 27 I scheduled a grooming appointment for 1230 on Friday Jan 31 for which I received a confirmation text with that time. Thursday I receive a text message stating that his appointment is scheduled for 3:00 pm Friday. I called and spoke to someone at the desk who told me that the app is a third party site and that booking times may not be accurate and that the time/groomer information may not be correct. That’s not my problem. I’ve used the app to book all of his appointments and never had an issue. I ask to have the manager give me a call back. A few minutes later, received a call telling me that I could bring him at his original appointment time of 1230. At 5 pm, I called to see if he was ready. Usually it doesn’t take 4.5 for a grooming session. He’s not ready and the groomer says she needed another hour and a half! Are you kidding me! So it takes 5.5 hrs to get groomed? Absolutely not. If he wasn’t going to be seen at his original time of 1230, why have me bring him in only to most likely be started at 3 when they wanted to. I have an engagement this evening which is why I booked at 1230 in the first place. This is more than inconvenience, it’s unprofessional and deliberate. I will be finding another boarding and grooming company.

Pet Paradise is wonderful! My dog is older and has a bad leg; the staff were invested in making her stay as safe and comfortable as possible, and were incredibly attentive both as I explained her situation AND during her stay, making sure she was pain-free and happy as possible. My doggo really seemed to like it, and I will definitely be coming back the next time she needs camp or boarding!!

Something has changed at this facility. Thank GOD for the cameras!! I can't tell if it's the caretaker of the animals during playtime or the lack of cleanliness of the facility. My dog came home smelling like mildew. The grass carpeting needs to be cleaned or replaced. While watching my dog, she seemed fearful of the playtime caretaker, super submissive. In the past the playtime caretakers were interactive and the dogs seemed happy. The dogs were just roaming around. My dog was there for playtime and a full bath, the works! I get a call saying that the groomer wasn't showing up I was told my dog was a humper. As many doggie parks she's played in, this has never been one of her issues. If she finds a friend, she does want to play. I'm not impressed, it was a waste of $35.00 dollars and a waste of the plans I had while my fur baby was away. Now at home, she's seems very clingy, like she doesn't want me out of her sight. I'll have to take my time and deprogram her from whatever she experienced while in your care. She won't be back at this location.
