My pup came back to me happy and smelling great. She plays in the park almost daily and weeks later is still smelling good y'all! Nails taken care of, paw pads smoothed out..The report card for her visit was just adorable! Definitely worth the $ and the drive! Mercedes and her uncle showed great love and compassion for Gracie-doo! 100% recommend!

Mercedes did a fantastic job on Frankie! She looks just beautiful. Mercedes took her time and was able to trim her nails which is a challenge. I can tell Mercedes has a true love for the animals and in return they are confident and calm with her.
Mercedes is quick to respond to inquiries regarding making appointments. We had a bit of a scheduling challenge due to the March 14th storms and she was so efficient in getting things rescheduled. Highly recommend this professional groomer. Her new place is immaculate and just beautifully decorated!

Highly recommended....truly outstanding service in every way! This is a beautiful facility run by very competent and caring people! They quickly responded to my inquiry call regarding their grooming services and they found an opening to work with my schedule. When I arrived for my appointment, I was happy to find a sparkling clean, fresh smelling and quiet reception area. I was greeted with a smile and given all the time I needed to share what I thought the groomer should know about my dog and my grooming preferences. When I picked up my dog, he looked beautiful and happy. The stylist, Mercedes, gave me a little report with feedback about the condition of my dog's ears, coat, skin, etc. I am impressed with the level of service and the care we were given by Mercedes and Pet Preferred Palace Pet Grooming! Happy to say we found our new grooming home with people who truly love animals and will treat you and your pet with the professionalism and care you deserve!
