Took my puppy in for a grooming and of course had to spoil him while we were there. Staff was GREAT! Very friendly and answered all of my questions, also gave tips on how to help him next time as he's not a fan of being groomed.

We were in the Austin area for a week and we took our Yorkie to be groomed. Jordon did a totally awesome job on him. We travel full time in our motor home and we are always having to use a different groomer every time and this is the best grooming he’s had in at least three years. Thanks Jordon.

I was super happy with my new groomer! She completely listened to my dogs needs and how I wanted him cut..not how the GROOMER wanted him cut!! I already made my next 8 week appt!

They are friendly but don’t know anything about the fish they’re selling. I got two goldfish, one died 3 days after I bought it. Im hoping the other makes it.

I am so unhappy with how we were treated at the Pet Supplies in Austin. We heard about Toe Nail Tuesday and so I googled it. It showed that Pet Supplies had this service and the charge for nails alone was $5 and nails plus grinding was $8. My husband took our dog there and was charged $18 for the nails plus grinding. I called out to the store and Stephanie told “I’m pretty sure that is not what it said.” I told her I had a screen shot of it and was told that’s not correct and they could not honor it. What a stinky way to respond to me (basically calling me a liar) and really stinky that they would not honor this! I will never go in that store again! BEWARE PEOPLE, they are not running this place very well!!! 😠

Good store with employees willing to learn about their livestock without the generic responses other big box stores will give you. They don't have all the options one may like, but they have all of the necessities for the average hobbyist and have good sales

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Walking into the store is like walking into your own home. The employees treat you with a lot of respect. They treat each customer like one of the family.
