HUGE store, friendly and helpful staff intent on learning more about pet food and what pet parents are seeking, nice location, very clean, lots of premium, natural, high-quality options for pet food. I prefer Pet Supplies Plus selection over any other pet stores I go to. I look forward to trying some of the frozen options that aren't available at other pet supply stores. They have a rewards program and great sales. I look forward to coming here more often to shop for my cat with HCM. This is one of the reasons why I have stayed a loyal customer. After a long day at work, I went in to get my dog's food, but I was having trouble finding it. I wish I was better at getting names, but I think she saw I was looking lost and offered to help me. I couldn't remember the type I bought. She smiled and said we can look that up for you! After being in retail for 50 years, I know great service when I see it! Thank you for making my day 💕

The fishes tanks are filthy and literally dozens of dead fish floating around. Revolting, will not be coming back.

A great place for all your pets need... we take both our dog there for grooming services

The self wash is freezing cold. Freezing cold water is not ok for any dog. Neither is real hot but surely you can add a larger hot water tank.
