Their in-store bathing corner is a lifesaver. It's like a spa day for both of us! They offer a great selection of 3-5 shampoos, a spacious and clean bathing area with warm water, fresh towels, and they even disinfect the area after each use. It also is kept nice and clean, and doesn’t have a bad smell that hits you as soon as you enter, like some of the other stores I have gone to.

This was the first time I utilized Pet Supplies Plus grooming service in Prosper. The groomer Sharlet was awesome. 5 stars! I love the fact that she actually had photos of prior dogs she groomed that look similar to Bronco. It gave me instant relief. She is patient and really listens to your grooming preferences. Very professional and personable. I felt safe leaving my dog with her! Pet Supplies Plus, please keep her because I really love Bronco's cut, and he did, too. ❤️
