Not only is this my favorite place to shop for my puppy, but it is his favorite place in the world to visit!! I cannot recommend this store enough to any pet owner, every employee truly cares about finding what is best for your pet. I am a first time dog owner, and was very overwhelmed trying to find the best things for my dog’s breed; the staff if so knowledgeable, friendly, and made it easy to be confident that I was making the best choices for him. They genuinely have the best team of any store I’ve been into! I get my dog groomed here as well, they do such a great job taking time to make sure my pup is comfortable, and goes over any concerns that I have.

To me, this is more than a pet store. It is a community that truly cares for everyone, and every animal that walks through the door. The staff even remembers my puppy by name (Tank), and gives him lots of love when we come in! Please stop in if you are deciding on a regular pet store/groomer- you won’t regret it!!

Dakotah is an AMAZING groomer! She has genuine love for our little canine friends. She is a gem 💎 Also, the selection at the store is fantastic. My dogs each eat different brands that I’ve only found online and they carry both. Actually, our puppy eats grain free Nutrisource for puppies which is hard to find and they have it. Plus they send out coupons!! I really love this store and I’m grateful we found Dakotah!!

Very clean store, friendly staff, and nice self-wash areas. The price point is on par with other stores for food/etc. They do have a good selection of natural options of chews and foods.

Only 4 stars because I can get a similar wash experience at TSC in Dilworth for $4 less per wash.

They have a huge variety of dog food and treats. I love all the various brands they have available, especially all the Stella & Chewy's for my dogs. This place is the only place in the area I have seen Dr Marty's at, too. Staff is friendly. Prices are comparable to other places and they price match.

Always have a fantastic experience here. My only gripe is the sales/coupons seemed to stop being as lucrative. Employees are friendly, items are usually in stock, and it's very clean. Highly recommend this place. Used to go to natural pet center, but this place has all the same sales and more!

I adore this pet store!!! One dog got a bath with the groomer Kaci. I used the self serve for the other! Kaci was the first successful groomer to use a grinder on my energetic dog's nails! Another staff member helped me carry dog food out! The cashier was super friendly! Wow wow wow!!

*And I'm not soaked from doing it in our bathroom. I can carry on with my day because I don't smell like a wet dog!!* Totally recommend!

What a great LOCALLY owned pet store ! They actually had tons of fish supplies. I had just stopped at a large pet store & again they were out of what I needed. Three employees asked if I need help throughout the store. I'll be back to buy my fish & dog supplies here! Such a great selection too!

Loved the Self Serve Dog Wash, so happy there is finally a nice clean option in this town! They have shampoo options included which is nice for others! I did prefer my own hypo shampoo but still bought a punch card because you can't beat $8 a wash when you break it down! Being able to use a high speed dryer is a must for my dog as well! I do hope they can figure out a better way to get more hair off the clean towels. I use pet specific dryer sheets on our dog towels so maybe that would be an option for them!
