I have finally found a place to get some help with my dogs. Jen is a life saver. She is helping me be a better dog owner! I appreciate her and her staff for their patience and willingness to continue to help me. She will do home visits too.

Excellent place. We’ve boarded all 3 dogs we’ve had over the years, as well as done training for 2 of them. Not a single complaint. They treat the animals with care and passion, and have plenty of expertise and experience with training. I highly recommend

I’ve been meaning to write this for a while. We brought our almost 7 month old mini Aussie in for 2.5 weeks of training while we left town for vacay. They did a really good job with her. We noticed a really big change in Dolly. She’s 9.5 months now and we are really happy we took her into Pet Village. She’s a saint, does all the commands she was taught, and she’s calm and easy. Thanks Pet Village! I will highly recommend friends and family to you guys. Xoxoxoxo!

I have used Pet Village for years. I love the staff and, up until this week, have never had a problem with the business. I have loved their service and would have given them 5 stars without hesitation. On 3/11/25 , I picked our dog up from Pet Village after boarding for 5 nights. Our charge was $175. I ran my debit card, entered my PIN, and their machine gave a reboot message after I had entered my PIN. Upon rebooting, no receipt was generated, so they required me to run the transaction again. Long story short, I was charged $175 twice. Things happen. The problem came when I contacted Pet Village about the issue. I was told that I had not been charged twice, and there was nothing they could do on their end. Keep in mind this phone call lasted all of 90 seconds--not nearly enough time for any research to be done on what I was telling them. When I contacted my bank's claims department, she immediately saw the double charge and stated both transactions had gone through. Thankfully, my bank treated me better than Pet Village did and will refund my money. As much as I love the Pet Village staff and the service they provide, it will be some time before I choose to give the owner my money again.

This has been many years ago but the same owner is there. When my wife and I were on vacation our little Chihuahua got out of their care and hit and killed out on Turner road. When we got back our Chihuahua was in the freezer. They billed us for the days of their care but not while the dog was in their freezer. When I spoke to the owner he said it's only happened three or four times. The owner also told me if a dog's going to get out it's going to get out I could put up 10 fences and it would get out. I don't know how many months later but a police dog got out of their care and hit and killed on Turner road. If you truly love your pet do not take them here. There's a lot better places that would do a great job with taking care of your pets

My dog is great service animal and I couldn't have done it without this place. Bathing and boarding is very reasonable. People here always very passionate towards the care of their dogs

We have a corgi, and ordinarily have always had trouble taking her to get either her nails clipped or other hygiene needs assisted with at other places. The staff here have always been extremely respectful and caring with her and we’ve seen first-hand how calm they’ve been able to be while doing something that she’s generally very uncomfortable with having done.
This place is very clean and works hard to ensure all pets have all their necessary vaccinations so that all pets that come in are healthy. Thank you guys for what you do! We really appreciate it!
