Jaime is so good with my dog Gus. Gus is a massive ball of fluff who can be a little intimidating. Jaime is always able to get him looking best while keeping him comfortable.

Tried calling and leaving messages for weeks. Never got a call back. Had used them a couple of times previously. Price was a bit high for a 5 minute job, but the convenience was worth it. The fact, after several calls and messages I have never gotten a call back, I'll take my money elsewhere.

I set appt to have my puppy Banner to have a bath and I set the appt with Nicole when my husband took him in they told him that I did not set appt then took him as a walk in only cliped his nails spayed some mint smell that they charged him 23 dollars then asked for a tip told my husband they were short handed we understand I I live the first treatment my puppy got the second treatment they cut the hair way to short on his back hind leg I let that pass I am looking for a different groomer

Jamie was very knowledgeable. She did not push services not needed. Sarah did not need an overall haircut just a trim in Butt area. She didn't like nails clipped but did tolerate nail buffing. Jamie was very aware of anxiety triggers and avoided them. Sarah was done in a timely manner and was not kept several hours. She is a rescue dog and so it was first time to be groomed.
