I love going to pet land! The workers are amazing and so kind. I fall inlove with these dogs everytime I go! Definitely recommend going!!

Wow. I havent been here in a really long time and its not like puppy mills are ever good (adopt dont shop) but the recent conditions genuinely scared me. There was not hand sanitizer at a SINGLE station. people were still going around from animal to animal varying species without a word or care from any workers (zoonotic diseases, cmon). I went to go ask a worker a question, literally stood there for 3 minutes while the worker wrapped up a conversation with the other worker. looking at the dogs was just depressing. there were 3 dogs in one of the cages, 2 of them were fighting with one who was obviously not interested. they shouldnt be in such small cages that there is no room for them to get away and its concerning that the workers watched as a dog repeatedly got bit and had obviously uncomfortable and distressed body language. there was a larger puppy that was also clearly in a cage too small. please, NKY folk, do not get any animals from here. they are neglected with a careless staff. the shelter has a bunch of great dogs, including pure breeds. even with the overpopulation at shelters, they dont stick 3 medium sized puppies in a 3x3 cage. check on your ferrets too, they seem to have a respiratory problem (probably bc the buildup of poop in their cage w no full disinfectant). any animal lover should be terrified when they walk in that store. cannot emphasize enough how you should not support this business.

After calling in advance to purchase our chosen new dog,and traveling from out of state,the night before our scheduled pickup date because we were so excited, just to be told he was being sold at that exact time! Very disappointing after being told he would be waiting on us.

I went here with one of my friends. The service was good, but a little pushy to adopt a puppy. The prices were about as expected. Outside of puppies there were birds, gerbils, rabbits, guinea pigs, ferrets, snakes & fish, along with everything needed to give them a home

A district manager or someone from corporate should look into the running of this store. I walked in with dubstep blasting, ran by a bunch of teenagers, the animals looked stressed out, and I used the bathroom which had a dead cricket in the sink which kind of spoke to the sanitary conditions throughout the store.

I understand the need to markup the dogs in order to make a profit, but the markup is insane. $4,200 for a Miniature Pinscher is beyond anything that could be considered reasonable. These ridiculously high prices only ensure these dogs never get sold and live their lives cramped up with three other dogs in a crate.

The Mini Pin I saw was in a crate with another dog much bigger than her that was clearly bullying her. They clearly don't pay attention to make sure the dogs get along with one another.
