Today I had an employee named grey help me, I was incredibly nervous walking in to this pet land because of a past experience with another pet store. However grey made me feel comfortable and he helped me by answering all my questions throughly. He truly made looking for my forever puppy less stressful, and more fun! Thank you to grey from me and the new puppy!!!

Purchased a dog here in 2012. After a few days of ownership I discovered he was deaf. I contacted Petland management and they told me that since I declined the warranty there was nothing they could do.

Keep in mind when I was asked about a warranty during the transaction the associate said "we never have any problems with our animals"..

Will never purchase another animal here.

Staff is very helpful! Can find an individual item and also recommend things to fit your needs. Selection is a bit slim due to this stores size and focus on selling puppies, and the lower rating is only due to high prices in comparison with other stores. Most of their wares look high quality but a bigger selection of low cost items would be appreciated. I do not intend on returning at this time due to pricing.

I'm 2 hours away from the store so I called to get the parents weight on a dog I was interested in. We are wanting a medium size cavapoo. Any reputable breeder should supply parents weights. The guy I spoke to was rude and said, not sure why it would matter. He told me if I came to the store maybe we could reach out to the breeder. MAYBE? You want me to drive 2 hours for a maybe? It is important to us and since you jack up your prices 2-3k over breeders you would think it would come with CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I'm purchasing a Frenchie and I didn't know what I needed to get for the dog!
They were super nice and they got me Kierah! She helped me figure out what I needed to get for my puppy. She was super nice and friendly and help me out a lot!

We bought our dog from out of state. Not once did they disclose with us the $4,500 dog we bought had parasites and that’s why they had her in the back in her own kennel. We have a second dog at home that had to be treated as well from them not disclosing with us but we noticed the dog we got was definitely sick. Now they refuse to reimburse us from the vet visit even though we filed an extension on her first vet visit since again we were visiting family there in Joplin (we live in Florida). She also had a kink in her tail in which they “didn’t know how” So before you spend a few grand on a dog here make them show vet records and prove the dog doesn’t have parities we find this extremely unacceptable from them.
