Was incredibly disappointed in this place. I came in, looked around and felt instantly like I was being “sold” within moments of looking at pets, the lady guiding us began talking about financing. She then proceeded to push a dog upon me I was not interested in. They took Valentino out of his cage, and put him in a small play yard. They told me I could climb in and get to know him. They warned me that he was teething and a “nibbler” a teething nibble is very different from a full bite, so I was not concerned. I let them know I was pregnant and looking for a pup that would do good around my 2 year old and soon to be newborn. I climbed into the playyard. At first, Valentino simply nibbled and played. He was very sweet. But as soon as the employee walked away, this dog went into straight attack mode. He bit me incredibly viciously, multiple times and would not let go. When I stood up, he grabbed the lower half of my belly and bit. I immediately knelt back down to prevent him from biting my pregnant belly, which resulted in being attacked in multiple places. I grew up with dogs, I love dogs. But this dog was simply violent. I asked the employees for help getting out of the playpen because I could not stand up or turn around without being attacked. One of the employees said “I don’t know what to do” and a few looked at me, and then looked away. It wasent until our initial guide came back that I was able to safely leave the playpen. Even after this incident, the employees still tried to pitch the dog to me and one even insinuated that it must have been something wrong with me because the dog has never done that before. There was no apologies, nobody checked on me. I am covered in bruises.

I bought Maverick the perfect Boston Terrier he is healthy beautiful and so glad we have him. The person I worked with was very helpful and nice

We went to check out some puppies and the Manager at the store named Alexis is so friendly and helpful. We spent some time with a miniature schnauzer and probably took close to an hour before we decided to get the puppy. Everything is done professionally and I was very impressed with all the service they provided that day.

The puppies certainly looked happy and the employees were providing excellent service. However, one issue is the strong odor in the store, which suggests that cleaning could be improved. Overall, a great experience with a little room for improvement!

This disrespectful place, not only towards their pets but to their customers.
We were asked to leave, after knowing my Brother in law is gay.
We were playing with a dog. Offered our price.
Completely assumed that we would be an unfit house from our discrimination, the worker, immediately came in and took Bean away...as if he were of harms way.
As we were leaving I heard the worker speak to another co-worker, that we were unfit.

Other co worker came at us, while we were trying to leave peacefully & in sadness, that Bean wouldn't be adopted in a healthy loving home - yelling what did you say?!?

I am completely heart broken with the way the workers handled the everything. They truly showed that they don't care about the well being of the pet but only the price and compensation.

We recently lost our rescue Husky. I came into Petland just to look at the beautiful puppies. I had the pleasure of meeting Miss Clark. She is an absolutely beautiful kind young lady. This corporation hired the best of the best with her on your team. I also met Miss Gaby shout out to this beautiful young lady as well. I can't say I agree with selling dogs, with so many shelter dogs in need. I can say you have two really awesome young ladies working for you.
