This is going to be a little bit long and I'm not trying to be rude or mean but honest!

When you are selling live animals, you should not be doing only the minimum because they're going to only be there shortly!!!

You should not be selling sick pets, such as hermit crabs! Because of the minimum barely set up because you feel that they're there for a short time!

It doesn't matter, if they're there for one day, you should be required and every pet store that sells live animals should be held accountable

For providing the proper care to make sure those animals are healthy and surviving optimally!!

I was in your shop and I happened to come across your hermit crabs I don't expect a setup like mine obviously

But you need to have salt water and freshwater you need to have plenty of sand and substrate mixture of a ratio, to bury and MOLT!

Their tank needs to be covered, so that they can have humidity build up you need to have a heat source

Digital temperature thermometer so you can make sure they're getting the proper humidity and heat

The pellets you sell are harmful and they need fresh vegetables, fruits, and herbs!

they eat lots and lots of stuff and it's not that expensive to properly take care of those animals

I do plan on trying to buy the two that you have left if they don't end up being gone when I get back there

Because they literally have no humidity you are suffocating those animals, they are dying slow horrific painful deaths 🥹 from not being able to breathe.

You need to do better! PetSmart, Petco!!! every pet store out there that doesn't think they need to provide the proper setup and do just the minimum!

You are hurting many precious lives, along with all these other pet stores, live living beings!
which should have just as much as humans for rights 😔

If you can't provide the proper, at least BASIC setup, then you shouldn't sell them!!!

They are considered an exotic pets, I can barely stand going into Petco because of the way they take care of their chinchillas and ferrets and mice and hamsters

You guys tend to be more costly than PetSmart and Petco and I would like to think if you're going to charge that because you're in a mall

and have to pay the rent for the mall you're going to probably take care of the living animals you have properly as well and give them what they need at the absolute least

If you're going to continue selling hermit crabs you need to up their sand substrate so they can molt, that is required for them to continue living

Pet stores really should be going through training for every animal they sell live, and the other thing and I can't just begin to stress

Is selling food for pets that will kill them or harm them,, just to make a quick buck, that is why I cannot ever work for a pet store

because I would break the freaking rules and make sure the pets have what they're supposed to

I do hope you take in consideration of all I've said and if you still have them I really do want to purchase them I'm right across the street at Pinehurst

I just have to get back over there I have the money but I want to make sure my three bigger bigger crabs won't harm these little ones

before I take them I can't afford another setup that one was over $700 they're not cheap that's why people shouldn't just be able to sell them anywhere

They are awesome! Great quick service! Always updated info on the website on the upcoming puppies. We bought a puppy from them in 2023 and we are in love! It came out that he's isn't a pure bread corgi but 87% is good enough for us. Strong, healthy and a great learner!

i typically don’t like to get small animals from pet stores because many times, they end up sick, injured, or just poorly bred and sold for money. i wanted to adopt their remaining two male rats because i felt bad for them (and missed having rats), and i want to say the worker there genuinely did care for the rats it seemed. he was knowledgeable on their age and health status and informed me that while they don’t tend to have the time to socialize their rats, the breeder they buy from produces really nice rats that usually aren’t skittish. i brought these guys home and they were of course nervous, but VERY quickly warmed up to me. they love bobbing their heads to music and running around my room and playing with their toys in their cage. i feel like i looked sketchy buying only the rats and food because i had stuff at home, but they are very loved 🤣 highly recommend this place over petco or petsmart for small animals!!

I bought a male Australian Shepherd from pets R inn. He is now 2 years old and he is completely blind. The vet says that it is hereditary from the breeders dogs. I reached out to pets R inn but there is only a 1 year warranty for dogs. Not only do they not stand by thier dogs but they won't give me any information on the breeders to see if they knew about that trait. It's $4,600 each eye for surgery and I can't afford that. He used to live to fetch the ball everyday and now he lays around depressed everyday because he can't see. Thanks.
