I don’t understand why the grooming department at this PetSense is even open. I have made 3 attempts on 3 different occasions to get service for my dog and it’s always one excuse after another as to why they can’t take him. Just shut down if you don’t want to work!! I will continue to drive to Macon just to go to Pet Smart. Much better service there anyway!

Very nice pet store, and it is amazing to find such a well stocked store in a smaller community such as Dublin.

The store is well stocked for items for your pet's needs. The staff is friendly and helpful.

We were able to find everything we needed this day.

This store has cats that are from the local humane shelter. If you are in need of a cat, this would be a good place to start.

It's a hit of miss depending on who is working. The manager is awesome but the last time I went there I had to ask the lady at the counter to come help me get my fish and she smacked one right into the side of the tank. I ended up loosing the fish and apparently they require either the dead fish returned(morbid) or a receipt for a refund. I'll continue to shop for my cat there since they always keep the brand I feed my cat in stock however I've not had great luck with their fish and they don't have much variety for fish decor

Lady was absolutely rude & made it out like I was a inconvenience for even asking a simple question on an item & then proceeded to just sit in her office for over 5 minutes laughing and talking on the phone as I stood at the counter with 1 item to check out & a screaming baby & after 5 minutes I asked could she please come & check me out which she was totally annoyed by & then proceeded to take another 3 minutes to end her phone call to even check me out. Called to speak to the manager and only got “hmm okay. Mmhh okay.” No im sorry you experienced that, no further questions, no what time did you come or anything. Not to mention the totally wrong and terrible advice they give or the completely unsafe & down right abusive conditions they keep some of their reptiles in.

I would like to add, they have red lights on reptiles that it harms them, a simple Google search shows it causes them to go blind, when their bearded dragons were in there multiple were missing toes and tips of their tails cause they’re housing multiple in one aquarium when a simple Google search says it’s extremely dangerous to have them cohabitating cause they harm each other. They do not have proper UVB bulbs which causes MBD which is a very very painful & deadly disease. They leave crickets in the cages which attack them and leave sores. They are packed into extremely tiny enclosures when 1 single dragon should have a 120 gallon tank. So no. They do not have proper care & get mad when you politely decline their dangerous advice. 😇

This is the third time I have been to this store. Every time the manager on duty is rude. I don’t know if she is the manager but she carries the little store phone around with her an ignores everyone.

The other day I asked a question about fish and she used such big words, that both my husband and I were like ok , so you just want to make us feel dumb.

Today I heard her on the phone with a customer and she didn’t even say goodbye just hung up. She was more concerned about what was happening on her cell phone. I won’t be back. I felt like an inconvenience because I asked her to get me a snail.

Very under staffed and rude. Took pet in to be groomed and toenails cut and not only did they get her skin on her feet but nails were like razor blades. Per them that's normal

Ok first let me say…for a person who has OCD, this store is heaven. The staff is very knowledgeable. My only issue as to why it’s not a five ⭐️ review, is the prices are high. I am extremely frugal. So I think I will just visit on occasion. My picky babies ❤️ their jerky, and the best thing I’ve ever found in all my 11 years of having my babies🥁… They have actual long lasting chews. I believe it’s turkey flavored, and it’s individually sold. It’s a must buy, my Pomeranian Dubai is an aggressive chewer, and it’s like she’s mad that she can’t finish it. lol we’re on day four, and she still has half left. Thx to her brother who gnawed it down. I love it.
