Boarded my two dogs here for a few days and the staff was absolutely amazing. My dogs are like my children so I always get nervous leaving them (especially since one of them has really bad anxiety), but the staff at PetSuites were very caring and really ensured attention to detail! Also love how the townhouse option has the live camera. I also had them both groomed while they were here, and the groomers were wonderful. I live down in South Austin area but will make the drive to continue to bring them here in the future.

The staff were friendly, courteous, and helpful. Buster came home happy, and tired after the first visit. I have taken my dog for grooming and boarding many times with Pet Suites Round Rock, and they have been great every time! My boy is a rescue dog, so he’s a bit anxious, but the caretakers work well with him and listen to my input about his needs . They are thorough and careful with the grooming! Look at this sweet boy ❤️

Our kitty stayed for almost 2 weeks. She was happy and healthy when we picked her up. The scheduled updates were a little tricky since we couldn't receive texts from them for some reason, but email did work. Overall a good experience and we'll use them again!

This is the best groomer I’ve ever had for my pups. PetSuites ran a January special and I took my two dogs there yesterday. I thought it was a great deal and gave them a try. I was delighted with their excellent grooming service. They were nice and clean, fluffy, had a great Carmel smell, and the cutest Bandanas. They are amazing. I plan to take my pups there regularly. We will board them there too.

I rarely write negative reviews because trust me I’m not a Karen. But after my experience, I feel it’s so helpful to let yall know when deciding on a daycare. This was my first time bringing my dog here, and unfortunately, it was incredibly disappointing. She was kept inside all day with no interaction, no toys, no stimulation. I watched on their live cam and saw her just lying down for hours with absolutely nothing to do. At one point, she was just sitting in a crate. For $40 a day, I expected far more than what she could get at home. Luckily, I had time during work to check the cameras which is rare lol, I had the tab open while I was doing work and I saw absolutely no attempt at enrichment, engagement, or even basic interaction. I completely understand that extreme weather can limit outdoor time, but there are ways to provide balance — splash pads, pools, shaded areas, fans, or rotating indoor/outdoor breaks. None of that was used. There were 9 out of 15 dogs just lying down in an empty room for hours. No toys no tubes hoops matts like damn lmao what are they supposed to do in there?!!! I saw so many of them looking out the windows or toward the exits, then eventually just lying down again with nothing to do. It broke my heart and honestly made me feel like a bad dog mom for bringing her there. The staff were simply walking back and forth while dogs followed and sat at their feet looking up at them, waiting for attention or play that never came. Towards the end of the day, I saw on the cameras they leashed her up and I finally thought yay she was going outside… nope. Just to another “room” basically a glorified crate. Nopeeee I grabbed my keys and told my boss I’m leaving early. I was so annoyed. Save your money y’all, I’m begging you. Look at this pic. WHY IS SHE IN A CAGE 💀 it was 3pm ?!! Like hello. Yall don’t close till 7 pls play with my dog ?

This place and these people are incredible humans!!! Dylan always has a phenomenal time and is so happy when I tell him he gets to go to daycare! The staff goes above and beyond to make sure your pet is loved and then care of!!! I was nervous about taking my puppy and they reassured and always are so sweet and have a smile!! Love you guys!
