My dog loves it here! During her stay she got individual play time with staff and did the Valentine’s Day photo shoot. She seemed to be having a blast playing with the staff. They were also very professional about my dog being reactive to other dogs.

All 3 of our dogs absolutely love going here! Our 7 month old puppy goes the most and he is always worn out by the time we get home and bedtime comes around. Summer time is the best because they’re outside and get to play in the splash pools. We love the daily picture updates and that the staff know our dogs by name! The only “issue” we’ve ever had was that I went to drop one of them off and 6:30am and no one was there to unlock the building until 7:30am. Staff was there to update us at 6:45, but no one had a key to actually open the building. They were very transparent about the issue and offered to put a couple dogs in their own vehicles so their owners could get to work. Outside of that one event, we’ve never had any issues or concerns regarding the care they provide and our dogs absolutely love them!

I previously used PetSuites Shawnee a year ago and had no issues. I only board my dog once a year for vacation and prior to using this location, I had taken him to be boarded at his vets office, but the location is far away. I just picked up my dog. He had urine on him and smelled like feces. His weight is down and he has a rash over his abdomen. I just called and was told that they saw a rash in the first couple of days…false…also, no one notified me and they didn’t even follow their own protocol. They had no manager to speak with. My dog has never had a rash, he is 4.5 years old. This was purely from being in waste…Also, he was just seen by the vet a two weeks before we boarded him. He is an inside dog and we have used the same products for him since he was a puppy. He is a very clean dog and the fact that he has waste on him is so upsetting.

Update:
I took my dog to the vet on Monday. He lost 5 lbs which is almost 19% of his body weight. He also had a fungal infection, which he did get at this facility. The manager did call me after I initially posted this review and did offer to pay his vet bill. I’m pretty upset that we paid over $350 for my dog to board and he was left in disgusting conditions and was not properly cared for. He is a very clean indoor dog. I also never received reports on his care for the week. I will never take him her again.

Was leaving town for a few days and heard it was a good place. My dog looked happy in pictures and they keep you updated frequently. It was very affordable with him being a new customer. My only qualm is I would have liked to see the place he was sleeping and wasn’t offered that.

Took my dogs there while we went on vacation for spring break and let me tell you, I'm pretty sure my dog had just as much fun!! They offered fun little activities that you could add for the dogs and they sent you PHOTOS!! couldn't have asked for a better trip, knowing my babies were so well taken care of!

My dog had a great time over the break! We got photos and updates each time they did a fun activity! They even cleaned my dog’s bedding before I picked her up! Wish I could add another star!

Loved our experience with Petsuites Shawnee! I really appreciated the daily text update about my dog who was staying for the first time. My dog is really shy and nervous so they made sure to keep a really close watch on her during play time and were ready and willing to do one on one play time if group play proved to be too much stress for my girl. I will definitely be using them again.

Ace gets very nervous so I can't take him anywhere to get groomed, I called and spoke to them about the issue, they didn't hesitate to have me bring him in. They were very attentive to Ace and myself through the process. They did such an amazing job on his cut (literally the 1st cut he made it all the way through). I definitely will be back and highly recommend Petsuites! Thank you from Ace and I!
