I had good experiences at Piedmont previously but was disappointed this time taking my dog Charlie in for a wellness check. I was hurriedly told the doctor would not be there so all that was done were two tests. Charlie wasnt in there more than a few minutes. He wasn't even weighed. Not much of a wellness check in my opinion when the doctor doesn't come in at all and they don't check weight.

i love this vet! we had to switch vet providers because of our previous vet passing. We also had a horrible experience with the other vet we had taken a pet too but piedmont is amazing! i finally felt safe and trusting. i never thought i could walk into a vet without sobbing but piedmont was so comforting for both my cat and I🫶🏼

This clinic is the best around! I have always had a positive experience. My dog, Emma, is a frequent flyer at Piedmont Pets. The staff is always going above and beyond to make Emma (and myself) feel happy and comfortable during visits. Highly recommend this clinic and especially the assistants/techs for doing an awesome job.

One of the best veterinary care facilities I have ever visited. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. And the doctor is very caring about your pet and knowledgeable on treatments and other remedies if they are sick. I would recommend them to anyone who wants the best in veterinary care for their lovable furry friend.

The vet tech’s are fantastic and love our fur babies. Dr. Marchese works well with my Chi’s internist and heart specialist and she is treating one for kidney disease. The office is very organized and well run. All the staff is welcoming and friendly.

My regular vet turned down seeing my dog same day, who had started having scary seizures which she never had before. In fact (they informed me) they didn’t have time for her til next week!!! Seriously? I called Piedmont and not only did they say bring Charlie in right away but Dr Olech collected her records from other vets and did a deep dive into her medical history before seeing her. She was smart, caring, astute, insightful, and very, very helpful to my dear Charlie and thus to me. I’m staying with Dr Olech at Piedmont Pets. She’s still working closely with Charlie.

We love Piedmont Pets, Our Pets are very well taken care of down to the last detail. The staff especially Amy, Cheyanne, Jessica, and Blake as well as Kim and Wes they have all been there for our pets and us when we lost our Bella Bulldog. You and your pet are more than an account when the staff calls to check on you. It meant a lot to us. We recommend the family service this vet offers to their clients. You don't find that at every office.
