I had the most wonderful experience here while doing one of the hardest things I've ever had to do. I called because I needed to put my cat to sleep. Kandy was truly wonderful helping me make the appointment, and when I brought my cat in everyone was so kind and patient with me. Another shout out for Kandy who was incredibly empathetic and understanding, and reminded me I was doing the best thing for my beloved pet. I had to do a terrible thing but everyone here made it as easy as they possibly could.

Recently we decided to switch from a big corporation veterinarian clinic and wanted to find something that felt more personal. Pinecone Pet Hospital has been exactly what we were looking for. The initial phone call was pleasant, friendly, and informative. They were able to get us in within a few days of calling. The vet tech, Marie, was so kind. Dr. Walker Brown was very compassionate, explained everything in terms that made it easy to understand, and was very knowledgeable about our options.
If you are looking for a vet that will treat you like family, this is your place.

The staff at Pinecone Pet Hospital were awesome. We were not customers of Pinecone before we took our dog there for health concerns and they did there absolute best trying to identify the problem. Emergency surgery was needed and the surgeon cleared his schedule for the afternoon and got him in immediately. The outcome wasn't of what we hoped at all but Dr Brown did everything in his power to help him. I just wanted to thank the staff for the sympathy and compassion in our dogs last moments. You people truly are special. If you've had any hesitation of bringing your pet her rest assured they are on the absolute best hands. Thank you Pinecone Pet Hospital.

Nothing but good things to say. Everyone is friendly here from start to finish. They never pressure me into doing things we don’t need, yet I always feel like they are looking out for my cat. We just adopted a second and will definitely be taking him to Pinecone as well.

Other vet’s offices and businesses in general could take some advice on how to operate from these people. Compassion and taking care of your customers is still important to me and Pinecone seems to feel the same way. I would not hesitate to recommend this place.

The staff here is absolutely wonderful. We stopped by randomly because our dog had a hot spot we were concerned about and everyone here was so helpful. We normally don’t come here for vet visits but we will now! 😄 I highly recommend this vet clinic. We will never go anywhere else! Thanks for being so kind and loving to our pets. 🐾

Amazing place. We had an unexpected ill dog who is 12; they got us in same day after many other vets said no. They were compassionate from the first phone call, to check in, all the way to the end of the visit. We saw Dr. Vogel. She was kind, explained everything in detail, gave options, and was never pushing or overwhelming us. We were beyond impressed and very thankful for all care and time every single person took for our dog. We will be transitioning our 3 dogs to this vet without a doubt!

Our dog became very ill very quickly and Pine Cone was the only clinic that could get us in right away. For a week our dog was just not getting better and all of the staff was so helpful, patient and comforting to us until they figured out what was going on with him. We are very grateful for all that they did and will definitely be taking both of our dogs here from now on!

We are first time pet owners and we just took our kitten in for his first exam. Dr. Brown was kind, gentle, and did a great job explaining things and answering my questions. If only we could find him in human doctor form! Glad we found Pinecone Pet Hospital on google.
