Every single staff member, from MA’s, to the NP’s, to the clinic manager, Malissa; were phenomenal! They look at you as a whole person, rather than a set of symptoms or medical record number. The care, grace and compassion I received at the East 7th clinic was unsurpassed. The clinic manager has set the bar of excellence and the staff works together with this young woman to make it happen. I hope planned parenthood is taking note on this manager on how to manage her clinic. She’s invaluable and deserves a promotion. Thank you East 7th team for reminding us what true healthcare should look like.

I do not recommend Planned Parenthood for STI testing panel. They just for basic stuff and even after I requested HSV testing I did not get it and I'm sure they probably charged my insurance. Horrible testing. Do not recommend. I do recommend ANY LAB TEST NOW Clinic.

Staff is excellent, very friendly and kind. But the wait is ridiculous. 3:30 appointment, didn’t get called to the back until 4:30, now it’s almost a quarter after 5, the lobby is closed and I’m still just sitting here in this exam room. Hopefully they didn’t forget me.

I had the best experience at Planned Parenthood today and I wanted to share my experience with anyone considering to book an appointment at this location. I had recently moved to Texas from another state so finding a health care provider was really stressing me out. I felt a pain in my chest that was under my breast and became concerned. I had heard P.P. was located near downtown so I booked an appointment and they were able to get me in in two days. I called the clinic to see if they took my insurance and everyone from the manager working the front desk, to the call center in Dallas treated me with such high respect and kindness. I booked my appointment as early as possible so I arrived around 9:00am when they opened. Moving across the country and trying to find a health care provider is not easy but P.P. made it so easy. The woman who brought me back to go over my medical history made me feel incredibly comfortable and welcome. Her name was Tina. I felt very comfortable with her and she was so nice! Genuinely a kind person. She brought me back to the nurse who was named Nicole and Nicole addressed all my concerns with an incredible amount of patience. She walked me through every step of my pap so I wouldn't feel nervous. She spend extra time with me and was very knowledgeable. From the moment she walked into the room her energy was calming and I felt much more comfortable! I highly recommend coming to this location. Than you Tina and Nicole for making my experience so stress-free. I left with a smile on my face knowing I found a clinic I will be returning to!!

Went to the office at 9:00 this morning after scheduling my appointment earlier this week. Drove 45 mins from where I live to find out the entire office was completely closed! No one gave me a call to reschedule or sent me a message to cancel. Would have been nice to know ahead of time. Gas isn’t cheap. Would have really appreciated some proper care from staff. Anyways wont be returning to this establishment anymore.

The staff was rude and dishonest. I was told they were waiting on my insurance to see how much my copay would be which I found to be strange. They seemed as if they did not want to do what I asked or they just wanted me to pay out of pocket. Paying was no issue, but I refused to let people who act as if I am an inconvenience to them complete a procedure on me.
