When Will planned parenthood come up with a better system for scheduling? Especially if you’re coming for something simple. No one should have to hold there urine for 30 mins knowing their going to ask you to pee in a cup once they call you. It should be easy as check in, they give you a cup.. you pee and leave it with them and carry on.

I always love PP because the nurses and doctors are always so nice and attentive. This visit was not any different, where they made sure I was feeling alright after my blood pressure was too low after the procedure. They offered me snacks and apple juice, and was right beside me while I recovered! Thank you so much!!

If there was Zero, I would have given the zero star. While the lady in the counter was somewhat nice, the Clinician on duty on Thursday September 19, 2024 for morning (10:15am or there about) refused to service for vaccination for my kid which was a school requirement claiming we were few minutes late. Even after proofing to them that we were mixed up by their own appointment system that led us to a nearby sister facility instead of their. It was very mean and inflexible on the clinician’s part if what the receptionist told me was factual. Very bad experience.

I’ve been here twice. Facilities are clean, everyone is super nice and attentive, and I was in and out in 45-60 min both times. I made an appointment both times and got treated for what I asked for and sent off with a goodie bag with information or prescription meds as needed. Honestly the best experience and I will always support PP.

I came in with a pregnant friend for an ultrasound. I was told I could go into the room with her after an initial assessment. I kept asking the front desk when I could go back and they kept lying that she hadn’t been seen yet. She was never asked by the doctor if I could come in. My friend told me at one point the receptionist did poke her head in the room and ask if I could come back but the doctor told the receptionist they were almost done.

The nurses really don’t care they’re just in and out they the worker that was attending me. I went in for a treatment and I had to go to do another treatment, but she never gave me an appointment or talked about treating the condition.

Emanuel made me waited 1.5 hours and I got him to leave within the first 60 seconds of “consultation” so that my nurse can come back in and finished the job.

The next time you’re gonna make me wait for a 60 second birth control consultation I better not be waiting on a guy.

I visited Dr. Abraham Cabebe there a few times. It was so frustrating. In my two last visits, for the first one, just for a vaccine, I waited for more than 2 hours. The last time, after being there for 1 hour and 15 minutes, I asked where is the Dr and they said he’s with another patient. I left. Waste of time. Will never go there again.
Another issue is, they totally ignore what happens and he follow ups. My vaccination had a follow up. They said we’ll text, they never did nor gave me an appointment. I also needed a follow up for my lab results from last year. They never scheduled one
