I had the most comfortable and pleasant experience here today! I accidentally came a day early for my appointment, and they were so kind to get me in to see a provider a whole day early.

From the person who checked me in, to the provider I saw, everyone I spoke with was patient and really took time to explain the process and listen to what I had to say.

I will absolutely be coming back, and it will certainly be because of this wonderful staff.

I had a wonderful experience at this location today! I liked the whole vibe of the place. The staff were wonderful from start to finish. I loved that I could hear them all having a good time giggling with each other in between patients. It makes it feel good in a medical office when you can tell people are friends and enjoying what they do. My Provider was INCREDIBLE, very kind, and explained the steps to me as she preformed them. I would recommend these fantastic humans to everyone!

Recently came here for my annual exam and some blood work and was really impressed with the level of care and support I received. I seem to remember always having good experiences at this PPH. All providers I dealt with personally from the front desk, my mid-wife, NP, lab tech, and nurse who saw me out - were all so lovely and friendly and it makes a not so fun appointment feel not so terrible. Thank you guys for doing what you do! <3

Everyone I interacted with here was so friendly and accommodating. The space was very clean. The whole process took about an hour, which I feel is a reasonable amount of time.

If the wait times are slow here its because the quality of care is high. I’ve visited plenty of planned parenthood clinics and the doctors here were incredibly helpful and advocated for my care even though it tacked on extra time during my visit. The billing department went out of its way to get confirmation with the rest of the staff to make sure I got billed the correct amount.

Overall lovely people, take the bad reviews with a grain of salt. they’re doing their best without neglecting the people they’re serving and that takes skill.
