El día de ayer fui por primera vez a este planned parenthood y aunque la espera fue muy larga porque hice walk in llegue a las 8 y salí a medio día la verdad me fui con el corazón contento, todas las personas que me atendieron fueron tan hospitalarias y amables pero en especial la doctora Jackie, la verdad si tienen la opción de elegir por quien quieren ser vistas, elíjanla a ella, que gran ser humano la verdad me atendió tan bien, me hizo sentir tan importante y especial ella atendió todas mis necesidades, no hay nada mas bonito que cuando un doctor te escucha y no ha perdido esa humanidad, muchas gracias doctora Jackie por siempre en mi corazón.

The staff were great and process was painless. However, I was in the procedure room undressed from the waist down for about two hours or more. The room was SUPER COLD, although I did have a heating pad. I would’ve appreciated to have been told a wait time, instead of being told to undress automatically. Horrible experience in regard to the wait times.

Had a mirena IUD inserted by Dr. Crystal G. I requested numbing but she suggested against it and I’m glad I didn’t do it. The numbing process includes sticking a huge needle in which is more “intense” than the IUD insertion itself. She walked me through the entire process and made it a million times more bearable. I recommend this planned parenthood for IUDs, the nurses were all very nice too 🙂

Note for people who have schedules. Dont bother making an appointment, you will NOT be seen by your appointment time. Appointments do not matter and you will be waiting the regular 1 hour - 2 hour wait time with the people who didnt make appointment. You will be treated as none appointment. Either come expecting to be here for 2 to 3 hours or come on your day off. I always make appointments and always wait a minimum of 1 hour even after coming early. Really sucks for us who plan our day and schedule appointments. After over a year of coming here i felt the need to let others know about the appointment situation as ive been late to my second job because of the wait despite making time in my day for my appointment. Workers are very nice tho. Literally only appointment suck

Really slow service, even with appointment. Maybe 60 min wait time with appointment. I was told planned parenthood didn’t accept anthem blue cross after I showed my insurance card. Which is really weird and concerning.
Staff need more training.

Called to make an apt over the phone and the office lady said "Oh I have a spot for 3:30 today if you want" and I took it. Little did I know that I'd sit in the waiting room 30min after my supposed apt time. I asked if they had an estimate when I'd be seen bc I had another apt after and she said it would be another 30-40 min. I don't know why she'd ask me to come in for an apt that they didn't actually have time for. They were gonna make me wait 1-1.5 hours for a scheduled apt. Actual waste of time. May have just been the fault of the front desk person for scheduling me in the first place.
