I give them 1 stars because they messed up my ear. I’ve went to ER for coughing she checked and said nothing serious it just simple cold. Same time l’ve said my ears also itching very bad she looked and said put VASELINE !!!! and l said are you sure? She said yeah. I did but my right ear started aching bothering me more after her advice. I’ve went there again and explained what happened ER doctor told me put VASELINE and l did but now l have bad pain. He looked my ear and said its infected and gave me 2 different drops. I used them but still l’ve had a pain. I’ve messaged them they called me back ER again that time they washed my ear and gave me antibiotics. I took them but nothing changed. Now still l am in pain plus infection, draining, sometimes bloody and l cant hear no more with my right ear. My point is none of them specialist if you cant solve the problem why dont you send me specialist? After my insisted they gave me referral one of the specialist and he has no opening end of the December. Can you see the picture? What happened to me it was simple itching problem became permanent problem and l cant hear find the doctor to fix it. My advice who read this review dont go there if you need other than pain killers. They are no good and they dont know they are no good. They arent aware they cant fix even simple things and made worse.

My provider is excellent and is thorough. I only have it a 3 for this reason.

Be warned - when scheduling or changing appointments no one answers and you must leave a message. Then they call back when I am in meetings. So stupid PMA!! I want everyone to know the work around is to press the “I am a physician” option. That gets you to a person immediately to help with scheduling.

I was referred to PMA. The office is clean and the doctors are professional. But the minute I didn't want to take PMA's advice, bills stated coming. Even though they advised at the end of all the visits nothing was due since it was a wellness visit. There was no transparency with that billing. If there was a copay and etc due, I wasn't informed during the visit. But I was billed for visits after I refused to take the medication the doctor wanted. Either way, the copay information should have been relayed and paid at the visit, instead of advising nothing was due. Because that does not show transparency. I won't be back, and I'm not worried about that account. I don't care how many times they respond to this review.

Everyone here is super friednly. Usually wait times are short if there is one at all. I just got in and out of here in under 40 minutes for a physical and blood work. I highly recommend this practice.

PMA Health is my Primary Care Doctor. They keep a close eye on my overall health by providing me with excellent & thorough periodic physical exams. These exams are critical to maintaining my good health thereby providing me with the preventive medicine I need to stay healthy! They have a very caring, knowledgeable & professional staff from check-in personnel, PAs, nurses & Physicians. I would highly recommend PMA Health to anyone looking for excellent health care.
