The best vet in the county. Dr. Britain saved my daughter’s dog by diagnosing and treating her for a rare Addison’s disease. Spent a ton of money at a vet in Lubbock and they could not figure it out, brought her home knowing Dr. Britain would figure it out.

Normally I would have given 5 stars but. I was in a financial predicament and had made it known as I was looking for financing. However I took out a loan to get my puppys tails docked and dew claws removed. In any event I was over charged and told it would go back on my car.( Great , dinner for tonight I thought. I'm not wealthy and hard Times are not hard to find) I called to ask where my refund was and was very coldly told it'll take up to 5 day's... that was unacceptable and the woman's attitude was very inconsiderate and uncaring.
I'm in the middle of some very personal things and didn't need them to hold my food money. And I surely souldnt have been made to feel lesser or unacceptable due to my financial struggles. If your rich and don't care what they do with your extra money I'm sure you'll recive service with a smile. Most of the employees were very kind and welcoming. But not all of them
(Be kind to a stranger for you never know if your entertaining an angel)
I also called them out on it in an email and never recived any kind of reply.
So I thought I'd share my experience.
Kindness goes along way in life and good CUSTOMER Service takes you further as a buisness .

Dr David was very knowledgeable and proficient with his assessment with my horse. He didn’t try and do any unnecessary procedures and the visit was very cost effective. I felt well educated in her treatment and after care. The staff were amazing as well. Very friendly and got back with me immediately after I called. Thank you all for a very pleasant visit with my horse!!

We took our horse for an X-ray on his jaw. Dr. David and his team were amazing. My horse did not exhibit any anxiety. The staff was calm and very efficient. The vet clearly explained what he was doing, why he was doing it, and his final diagnosis with recommendations. My horse was treated very well. I would definitely recommend this facility.

Dr. Celella is the best, and he exceeded all my expectations. I have been to many equine vets over the years, but none have given me the time, attention, and care that he did. He listens well and has a gift to for teaching. I learned alot, and he addressed all of my concerns. I even left feeling like I did not pay him enough after paying my bill...when does that happen these days?! Anyways, if you are looking for a vet for your horse, you found him!

Unfortunately part of owning pets is having to say goodbye. The staff and Dr Dawn have made the worst experience far less painful with their kindness. They come to the ranch and take care of my livestock and are patient with my dog that doesn’t like visiting them at all.

Love this place! Staff was super friendly! Vet was very knowledgeable. We didn’t wait long at all to be seen and the vet spent time with us and graciously answered all of our questions. Will definitely be back!

I accompanied a family member to her appointment for her two puppies. The vet and tech were so kind and personable. They gave all the required shots and microchipped the fluff-balls in just a few minutes. It was painless for the babies and a quick trip for us. Everyone was so excited to see them and how big they were getting since we didn't know for sure who the father was. It's a fun guessing game for us all and we loved how invested the staff are with their patients.
