I recently had an outstanding experience at Premier Diesel, while on a road trip that took me from LaQuinta, CA, through Sedona, to Utah, and Idaho. During my travels, two engine lights came on in my Motorcoach, and after contacting the coach manufacturer - Newell, I was advised to find a Cummins dealer for diagnostics.

Logan at Premier Diesel was incredibly accommodating and got me right in. He assured me I could spend the day sightseeing while he worked on my vehicle. After hooking it up to his laptop, he informed me that the issue was a sensor that needed to be replaced - a $240 part, but he wouldn’t charge me for it since the repair took just a few minutes and he had one on a blown motor. He did spend some time on the laptop trying to connect with my Newell equipment, but when it didn’t cooperate, he explained that I just needed to get my speed up to reset the engine light. His advice worked perfectly!

Logan was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me in detail. I truly appreciated his honesty and integrity. Additionally, his son Grainger was one of the most polite young men I’ve encountered in a long time, adding to the positive atmosphere of the shop.

I highly recommend Premier Diesel for anyone needing diesel repairs. They exemplify excellent customer service and professionalism!

--They replaced the 6.7 Power Stroke in my 2011 F350 with a new Jasper reman. with warranty. It is now back in action and runs like new!

Blow up a radiator on my semi. Logan was so helpful on the phone he answer all of my questions. He roughly quoted me over the phone and the next day radiator was installed by Andrew timely. Crew was nice. And the invoice was less than what they quoted me day before. Thank you

Would give -10 stars if I could. Owner tells you something worse is broken when it isn't just to charge more. Finally made it to a different shop and the part wasn't actually replaced.

Employees are gross towards female workers right in front of customers.

Avoid this place. Get a tow into cottonwood.

Try to avoid this place unless you're a local . Mark , the manager is as crook as one can be , if he catches you in need and desperate ( with a loaded trailer ) , he'll try to overcharge 3 , 4 times the price you would pay at any decent shop .
For example , he's tried to charge us over $700 to change one slack adjuster on a 2022 dry van trailer , and to make it more difficult he kept the trailer in his yard from Thursday noon until Friday 4 Pm , hoping we'll be so desperate and just pay him!!!
All this , after Wednesday he has charged us almost $4000 to change on the same position : the rim , tire , bearing and seal ... $4000 , can you believe it ?! he's shop supplies are between 10-15% from the “ ticket “ his own words , fast parts delivery $200 to $250 for each individual part .
So, on Friday I risked and took the trailer to a Love's Shop 20 miles away and they had to only adjust that slack , see the invoice below .

They guys looked out for me! They didn't try to up sell me 9n stuff I didn't need. They dropped me at my wife's work to get a ride and picked me up when my truck was done. Logan went over what I need in the future but didn't pressure me to spend a lot of money right now. They will have my truck repair in the future!

Had our Rv towed to Premier Diesel knowing nothing about this business. They proved to be a Godsend & fixed it within two days. I am so grateful to know about them.

Called and scheduled an oil change and tire rotation for our dually truck. After service was completed, owner said if we paid cash, we would get a little discount, so we did. After getting home we realized the tire rotation wasn’t done properly for a dually truck. We called him back and asked about it and he told us to bring it back in the next day. So we brought it back in the next day to have it done right and all they did was return the wheels back to where they originally were. We then asked for the money back for the tire rotation that wasn’t even done and he is ignoring us now. So we said to the employee that put the tires back on to the original position, “so looks like we just paid $220 for an oil change” and he was like “yeah”….why would you say you can do a service and charge for it, if you don’t know how to do it correctly? Then keep our money?!? Now we have to pay someone else to rotate the tires properly. There are so many other shops in the area to do business with, do NOT use this one. After reading other reviews, we should have gone somewhere else!

My husband and I were vacationing in Sedona from Oklahoma when the turbo went out on my diesel truck. I called late Sunday and Logan said I could bring it Monday. He called later in the day and said that the part would not be in before we left the following Sunday. That put us in a bind because we have three Labs that would not fit in our Gladiator plus pulling the trailer that had the Gladiator on it coming out to AZ. Logan did the most amazing and hands down the best customer service I have ever seen or heard of. He gave us his personnel truck and fuel card!!! Can’t make this up. We were shocked and beyond grateful. That’s not all. He kept us updated on the status and when the shipper came to get their truck, he brought mine at no charge to me. Tammy is so sweet. She got everything in order and understood when I went to the bank to wire the money and it was closed due to a holiday. You just don’t find these kind of people now days or this kind of service. Thank you Logan and Tammy for taking such great care of us.

We had a broken exhaust on our motorhome, and we are over a thousand miles from home. There were a few issues with the repair. Logan is the owner. Logan was able to get us in and get it repaired. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. This is one of the most honest and fair shops I have been to.
I highly recommend them, and I would use them again.... If I'm in the area and need service.
