My go-to cricket store. They have frozen mice i intend on purchasing once I get my snake. Many nice priced feeder insects for various animals, too. Got my 1000 crickets to go!!!

We've seen them more at Repticon and now today we saw them at the Reptile and Plant Expo in Charlotte. They are so sweet! We buy bugs and such for my daughter's crested geckos! It's really cool when a vendor remembers you!!!!

Best feeders in the area. Friendly and committed staff and owner. I highly recommend using premium crickets for all your feeders insects. They also carry other supplies including PVC enclosures. Great people, great feeders. Stay alive for over a month. Thank you for being awesome!

Do not bother wasting your money on this company! All of there feeds come from an outside company. They don't care about any of there customers. They have zero customer service skills! I order once In the past apparently I didn't read shipping instructions. Okay my bad. I place an order on a Wednesday night I read all instructions very carefully even took a screen shot of them. Orders have to be place by 11am to he shipped out the next day. I placed my order at 7:45 on a Wednesday. I watched the order. The account info said shipping date was 7/25 Thursday. My shipment didn't go out until the following Tuesday 7/30. Label was created 7/29 at 4:58 pm. Scanned into USPS priority mail 7/30 at 6:25 am. I got them on 7/31 at 1323. The hornworms were bigger then my fingers. To big to feed any of my animals. Wasted money as they refused to do anything about it. I also ordered 500 medium crickets. Arrived in a box great, not there was maybe 200 small with a fee medium and large mixed in. Again refused to do absolutely anything about it! My package were not damaged in anyway. So clearly they didn't just escape. This company is garbage! Do not waste your money! Use another company! As I said they buy all there feeders from other companies!

Great quality feeders for a good price!! I recommend to everyone. Other places when I bought feeders the feeders were poor quality and would die shortly when I get them from here they actually last long enough I can use them up.

The customer service is amazing and they have a huge variety of insects for my Bearded dragons. And the prices are incredibly reasonable. I once I found this place. I forgot all other retail pet stores, because when I would purchase mill worms at PetSmart half of them were already dead. I highly recommend.

Been coming here for awhile to get my feeders and i decided to ride my bike there (30min ride) in the winter like an idiot and KAREN made sure i was taken care of and gave me heat pads to help warm up! Not only are they a great place for supplies/feeders… but they take care of their customers!! Love this place!

We first bought 1k crickets at a reptile expo and had zero issues and was very happy. The vendors for the company said they shipped and everything so we thought, “Yay! Something more reliable than the pet store!”
I was dead wrong!
After our frog and toads ate the original 1k crickets, we went to order another second order to be shipped. Days go by and we hear nothing. We contact them and they said there might be a delay due to thanksgiving. Great. Well after that, it was too cold and I guess these guys don’t provide heaters for winter shipping. It’s now December 10th and I’m finding out that my order might arrive by the 13th. What kind of craziness is this? They also don’t have a live guarantee on arrival and now I see why. I’d shop somewhere else honestly. If you can buy their product in hand, they’re totally fine but if you have to order it, you’ll be waiting a while.
