Konrad took the time to show my daughter several different snakes, and answer all of her questions. He gave her great tips on what to do and what not to do. He took time and gave suggestions on using common things around the house for training, and expressed to her not to make it more complicated that simple things she has access to is all she needs. I appreciate the time he took to ease her mind and mine as a parent and never owning a snake. My kids love exploring the shop and seeing all the different types of reptiles brought in. My youngest is now wanting to save up for a snake. If you are interested in getting a new reptile, I highly recommend Primeval Pets. They are very knowledgeable, friendly and lots of patience, it’s easy to see that Konrad loves what he does and loves these animals.

I love this shop I visit once weekly for my ball pythons weekly meal and look forward to every visit. The Jose and Konrad are so knowledgeable and have given me great advice.Not to mention I love to see shadow the beautiful handsome dog that steals the show.

There feeder mice are well kept and they keep great enclosures and hides for your reptiles.

I have been shopping at Primeval pets since the other store..Now this store with Konrad and his serpents..sooo knowledgeable..cares about the snakes..have known him a decade.. wouldn't buy from anyone else.Thanks Konrad..I simply love my Python....Calliope was healthy..vibrant...and Konrad picked the right match for me...The store is clean..staff friendly..I won't go anywhere else..I have had snakes over 31 yrs... Primeval pets is the best by all standards...

Primeval Pets is great! Everyone there is friendly & knowledgeable. They have tons of feeder options. They also have lots of animals for sale that are always so fun to look at, I'll spend over a half hour interacting with the turtles and geckos sometimes. If you're looking for tanks, hides, bedding, decor, lighting, etc...they have plenty to offer in that department too!

Edited: They also will do free health check ups for animals you purchase there which is a huge plus, Konrad has helped me so much with my snakes and they are very healthy and happy boys even years later.

Rob helped us and took the time to answer all of our questions, the staff was very knowledgeable and all the reptiles appeared to be well taken care of. Our kids loved being able to walk through the store to look at the wide variety and even get a little hands on time with a few reptiles! This is a great locally owned business and deserves more customers!

Konrad is extremely knowledgeable! Live mice are always in excellent health and the staff take the time to answer each client's questions. One of the best snake selections in town and we can always bring our pet in for assistance. If you want a lizard, snake, tortois, spider friend this is the place to go!

I recently purchased a very handsome baby ball python from here, Conrad is so knowledgeable and has been with me every step of the way. I have called him multiple times with questions and he is right to the point and always available. Thank you to Conrad and the Primeval team, for making my experience so good.
